Professional Service
A carpet retailer and fitter providing first class service. Harvey is a friendly and professional manager giving good advices to his clients and delivers promises on time. The fitters are all very experienced people and do their job extremely well. The price quoted is also reasonable. Highly recomended.

We dealt with Harvey and the whole experience has been first class - from advice on carpets and underlay, to flexibility and reliability of site visits to our home, to the quality of the job to fit the carpets. Very happy customer.

Thoroughly helpful and great choices
They really took the time to understand my requirements and budget, explained lots of detail to me between different types of carpet - pros and cons etc so that I could make an educated decision. The initial survey was also helpful to point out some gaps that builders needed to sort before the fit. Honestly a great experience from initial ideation to sourcing and fitting.

Excellent quality and service
Could not be more pleased with the service. Harvey and his team fitted a beautiful new carpet upstairs. From the initial advice on selection to the skillful fitting the whole process was very pleasant and efficient. Great quality at a competitive price, highly recommended.

Harvey is very friendly and helpful and the carpet fitters fast and efficient. We have many carpets to replace and will be using the Carpet Gallery for everyone of them.

Excellent service
Harvey was available promptly to meet, measure and provide quotation for the replacement of all carpeting at our rental property. He was able to arrange for his fitters to attend exactly when required and the job was completed quickly, efficiently and at a competitive price. Highly recommend and will use again when we need carpet fitting.

Quality Fitting
I had both my bedrooms fitted by the Carpet Gallery Chiswick. They have a large selection of high quality carpets & made to order rugs to choose from and their service was extremely professional. The fitters were clearly very experienced and skilled with the installation. I strongly recommend them over high street brand suppliers and I will be contacting them again soon to have a rug made for my living room.
