The team were prompt, friendly and helpful. They cleaned an extra spot even though that wasn't part of the original request, and left us with some plastic shoe covers so we could walk on the carpets without marking them. The administration was very efficient as well.

Matt was great, on time, worked efficiently and tidied up everything before he left.

ACC transformed our carpets from tired and trampled to clean and springy. Lovely people. Very nice to work with.

When needed, ACC Carpet Cleaners are my go to company . Good communication, knowledgeable, competent and courteous operatives. Only after years of developed experience can this be delivered. Not to mention how great the place smells after the carpet clean!

We are a heating company and used ACC for the first time to help with an accident one of our engineers had spilling some dirty water from a radiator onto a customers carpet. Communication from Sherry was fantastic, from booking the orginal call to an update on completion, we now have a very happy customer ! - Great service from ACC, we will definitely use them again if the need arises. A really excellent service and our carpets look amazing. They hadn't been cleared for ages even before COVID, and they have come up looking terrific and even the silk rugs were treated with great care and look spectacular. They even threw in some extra rugs they hadn't estimated fror. A really great experince and very fairly priced.

I chose ACC Carpet Cleaners for the exit of my tenancy because they regularly clean the stairwell carpet in our block to a high standard.
The two man team who came were very efficient and knowledgeable, with nothing too much trouble. It took about 45mins to do a one-bed flat. Back in their office admin support Sherry is a lovely and reassuring contact. Would recommend.

Can’t fault the service. From booking communications to final payment. Fellas that did the work were very nice and considerate, turning up early but my wife was on an important call and they were happy to come back at original appointment . Moved a few bits of furniture for us and cleaned the carpets quickly and fairly quietly, machine is outside in the van so not too bad. Looked like new again.
If only all tradespeople were like ACC. Highly recommended. Thanks

Have used ACC 7 times at three different properties and will continue to do so! Super professional, fair price and unparalleled quality! You will not find anyone better than these guys. They have managed to get my white carpets looking like freshly laid carpet after my son dropped quac, blueberries, blue tac and banana into the carpet. They use a machine that is state of the art (and the size of a van) and they put a lot of elbow grease and sweat into the job. I recommend them to everyone, they are that good and I have very exacting standards.
