I recently visited Caroline Bramley's New Prom Dress Shop in Stratford-upon-Avon with my daughter and was really impressed with the wide choice of dresses, beautifully made, stylish and in so many different colours. Caroline and her team made it such a pleasurable visit, my daughter is fussy and wasn't sure what she wanted, they allowed her time to try on as many dresses as she wanted and really helped with suggestions until she found the perfect one. The service was amazing!

What an amazing experience from start to finish. We originally visited in February to select a dress - Caroline was amazingly helpful and not at all pushy - she definitely knows her stuff and was spot on with her advice on the best colours for my daughter, who had originally been looking at pastels, but with her guidance chose the perfect teal colour that looked stunning on her with her hair and skin tone. We have just picked up the finished altered dress and my daughter has not stopped smiling. Can’t recommend Caroline and the team enough.

Would highly recommend Caroline, bought my daughter's Prom dress from here and the service was excellent from start to finish.
No pressure at all to buy a dress unlike some of the other shops, very calm and enjoyable experience.

Had to have a few alterations to the length of the dress and they were done to a high standard.

Not a great experience. Very Overpriced and felt my daughter was pressurised to agree to the dress. Alterations were shocking to the point we had to go elsewhere to get the dress fit for prom, even the new seamstress couldn’t believe how bad the alterations were - wouldn’t recommend at all!!

Would like to give a massive thank you to Nancy who supported us in choosing the perfect prom dress for my daughter. Nancy new instinctively which colours and styles would work and the patience and kindness she demonstrated throughout our appointment was second to none. Nancy is a credit to this retailer who offers a fantastic range of dresses to suit all.

Recently took my daughter to find a gown for an event and was so pleased. The staff were just lovely and couldn't do enough to help us and kept mum entertained whilst my daughter popping in and out of dresses. The shop was welcoming with plenty of comfy chairs for spectators to sit. We managed to find a wonderful gown at an affordable price.

Really good customer service, the whole team are so sweet and you can honestly trust them to help you. I especially thank Caroline, Floss, Martha and Lara as they made me feel so comfortable and were so kind. Thankyou for helping me find my prom dress😁 - Libby

We had an outstanding experience when we Visited Caroline Bramley’s store, for prom dress shopping. All the dresses caroline makes and sells are absolutely beautiful, there are styles and dress types to suit all girls and women. We were given the best experience with lots of time to browse and discuss options. The experience was definitely a person centred approach. Such a beautiful shop with lovely staff who really do enjoy what they do.

Such a stressful experience!
My wedding dress was sent off to a corset ‘expert’ without a single measurement being taken until after work had began.
When it returned, Caroline laced it up incorrectly and didn’t even show me how it looked. She said she COULD make further alterations IF I wanted to make the corset more of a feature which I declined. I didn’t actually see the mess that had been made until I was shown a photo after we had left. What she should have said was that it’s current state was absolutely not good enough, and that further work was required.
Her two daughters (while both polite young ladies) wondered in and out of the room while I was being undressed which seemed an unnecessary humiliation!
When my mum went back to her to fix it, she said she didn’t have the time or fabric. She did provide the number for another seamstress, but since she had no availability until the morning before my wedding, it was of little use.
The dress was also delivered to me with a rip in the lace!
Ultimately, my mum, mother in law and I had no choice but to patch it up as best we could with 5 days to go while Caroline badgered me over payment. This seemed a cheek since she had left me with a dress I couldn’t wear, one week before the big day.
Please go elsewhere. She just doesn’t seem to care, and you and your special dress deserve better

Poor quality dress, my daughter was very disappointed. Really wouldn’t advise anybody to waste their money with this company.
