The product arrives in a timely fashion. Carolina Coop makes great products. Everything I have ordered has been a high quality product.

Great product! I have 15 hens and with the hemp bedding I only change their bedding once a year. No issues, no stink!

There was no information on the bag or box about the company or the hemp. I thought the hemp was suppose to be absorbent. The hemp was not absorbent at all. It lasted for about two weeks and it was done. This was a total waste of money!

I live the bedding that's why I buy it all the way from Texas. But this time around it seems like y'all went with a different bedding. It was extremely dusty, which is not the case in the past. And it seems like corse straw, which in the past it seems a lot softer. Not sure what happened, but I was a little disappointed this time around. If the bedding has changed I probably won't order again.

Everything Carolina Coops sells is quality

We have dealt with Carolina Coops for several years. It has always been a pleasurable experience. It was sad to heard of the loss of an employee.
I’m sure we will be doing more business in the future.

Anytime I order from Carolina Coops not only do I get fast service, I get the best quality products. Ordering process is very user friendly.

Delivery was great. Packaging was great. Instructions really need to be reworked. Several times we were told to use the wrong screws or attach something to the wrong board. Some instructions were detailed where others were very vague. We were also missing a handle for one of the windows. Screws were also labeled by someone who had the handwriting of a kindergartener and it was very hard to decipher. Other than the instructions being bad, missing screws and other parts, we love the coop and it’s very well constructed and designed.

Did not care for the smaller packages of the hemp bedding.

We ordered and the delivery was weeks shorter the anticipated, everything was oin one pallet shipment, all numbered and fit was very good!
I’m 75+ and put it together myself on 3 half days work.

We added the Eco Coop to our present coop and it turned out to be just what we needed!
Solid construction and the Chickens love the addition.

Bad: Videos on web were out of date…caused us to think materials were repainted white…was not clear if the ‘acre’ product was used as it seemed everything was Douglas or compressed particle board.

Hired handyman indicated several measurements were incorrect and precuts did not exactly match the instructions…off by as much as1/8” in sections. Paid an extra sizeable amount to have it put together…we figured from the videos it was a 2 day build but with painting it took 4 days with an experienced builder and us painting.

We worried about the shipping and the overall weight as to how we would handle the package. Bribed the driver to help us push it to the backyard so it worked out but I think more information should be provided in that process.

We also had power ran to the coop for cameras, lighting, water and potential coop door automation.

Good: very sturdy…quality build…enough room for 5 chickens. Would recommend but definitely would let others know if the negatives we encountered. Biggest drawback was the time needed to paint and the worry about delivery.

Great communication and an excellent coop! If we ever decide to purchase another coop we will absolutely get another Carolina Coops coop.
