Amazing Experience
Mike and Nick were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. They let us look around under no pressure whatsoever.
Once we chose the car we wanted we were allowed to look on our own. Mike helped us with any info we needed without fuss. We then went on our own for a test drive.
The quality of the vehicles is amazing for the price. Couldnt be more happy with our purchase. We also took out the 3 year warranty for our peace of mind.
Will definately be back again.
Must also mention Dave the cat. What a star and a valued member of the Car Motion team.

absolute scam MOT had no advisories but according to Audi and 2 MOT testers car should have failed
absolute scam purchased a Audi a6 that i was told was going to go through a 100 point inspection and then a fresh MOT which it passed with no issues at all. 3 weeks later I took the car to Audi for a gearbox service and they did a free inspection and shockingly they came back with a very expensive bill and told me there is no way that this car has just passes a legitimate MOT.
the following faults were found
Exhaust clamp broken
Price during last visit: £130.45
OSR bump stop split, NSR bump stop starting to split. recommend replacement of both
Price during last visit: £455.47
Lower curved arm bushes split on both sides
Price during last visit: £774.29
Visual Check of Brake Discs
Discs Rear Worn - lipped
Price during last visit: £680.40
Gearbox undertray damaged
Price during last visit: £272.28
Lower NSF wheel arch trim damaged
Price during last visit: £173.40
as i say the Audi tech says at least a couple of these are straight MOT failures and the others should be on advisories but obviously Carmotion has someone doing MOT's for them that are passing cars that should have failed (who I will be reporting).
Carmotion initially said they would repair the car if i brought it to them nearly 2 hours away and then paid for insurance of a curtesy car leaving me over £100 out of pocket for them trying ti rip me of so i argued that i shouldnt have to pay the insurance as 1, why should I be out of pocket because of them and 2 I cant find anyone to insure a curtsey car then they said they would call me back and never has and have stop responding to my emails.
I would definitely recommend you look elsewhere I am not the first person to say they've had a clean MOT from them only to be hit with big bills for repairs that should have been flagged by a legitimate MOT.
As you cant add videos to this site I have uploaded the inspection video to you tube for anyone that wants to check if I'm telling the truth but I also can not post links so you will have to search "Audi A6 faults after carmotion MOT"

Changed from 5 to 3 stars Bought afew cars from here in the past…
Bought afew cars from here in the past years from car motion 5 star service never any problems, But now changed my review to 3 star
our sale advisor was Gernell very helpful alway kept us updated (properly because he wanted a sale as soon as the money was exchange he never replied to my emails he was ment to get a replacement Audi badge but never kept his promise) showed us a verity of cars as we was unsure what to get we picked up our new Audi today easy smooth transaction explained everything and taxed the car for us
Felt under pressure to leave a review as Garnell wanted me left a review while I was in the office and signing paperwork he also asked for a higher deposit then advised

I have drove from doncaster to your garage sat they told me to come get my repairs done on monday i was told sales cant book me in so come back tomorrow i did the guy said it was fixed went to work that night and the problem i had was still there this code 89 comes up on my screen so now i dont know what to do can you help.

Audi Q5 Purchase
Great experience from no pressure viewing through to purchase. Advisor Jinel dealt with everything, from private plate on the vehicle I was part exchanging going onto retention to sorting out the road tax on the new purchase. My 2nd purchase from this company, I would like to hope it’s not my last if the service and buying experience stays the same. Keep up the good work.
