Firstly, they offered by far the best rates I could find and secondly, the levels of communication during some delays totally out of TVL’s control (product recall & Covid) was consistent, accurate and all very professional.
No doubt will be using again in 3 years time.

Exceptional service from start to finish
I came across Total Vehicle Leasing whilst searching for a lease on a new Kia XCeed. Their pricing was simple to follow, the sales advisor was straight-talking and helpful, and the customer service I received during the signing-up process and delivery stages was fantastic. I would highly recommend using this company. What's more impressive is that they provided this level of service during a very challenging time due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The best leasing company by far. Fraser and Jess made the whole process so easy.Phone calls and emails were replied swiftly. My car got delivered on time as well definitely going to use them again.

I’ve just leased a car for the very first time. I have been extremely impressed with the always patient, knowledgeable and kind service I have received from Total Vehicle Leasing throughout the whole experience. In particular I wanted to mention Scott who I spoke to so much throughout the process. My vehicle arrived today (with a seamless delivery experience). The vehicle meets all of my very exact requirements all in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and will be using them again myself in future. Thank you all so much. Sally

Very good and efficient service from start to end. Having never leased a car before I had many questions and Scott Rigg was more than happy to assist throughout. Car delivered on time with no delay, again as promised during our calls. Would recommend to anybody looking to lease a vehicle.

Waste of time
Credit checks done, proof of ID done, proof of residency done. Then the vehicle that is advertised as in stock for quick delivery isn’t in stock for quick delivery but is 12 weeks away AND the price has also gone up by 10%. Waste of two weeks in applying and sending off personal information and an unused credit application with emails back and forth for nothing to show for it!

As explained already, these are unprecedented times, dealerships and points of contact have been unreachable as expected with lots of business's being nonoperational. Apologies again, but this situation was out of our control.
Can’t recommend them enough!!
I highly recommend getting your next car from total vehicle leasing.
After going around dealerships who seemed disinterested in leasing me a car, I went on car wow, got a quote which was 50% cheaper than the dealers!!!!!!
I was a bit dubious about leasing a car online, as my last one had come through a main dealer.
I spoke to Mike who put me at ease and explained the everything.
He answered all my stupid questions and organised the delivery to suit me.
Great company to deal with, love my new car and will definitely contact them again in 3 years when this lease is finished.
