My requirement was for a new lease car as quickly as possible and Total Vehicle Leasing delivered. The whole deal was done for an in-stock vehicle in under 3 weeks from initial enquiry to delivery. Mike Bunning, the account manager I dealt with was extremely helpful and communicated everything in detail from start to finish. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a good lease deal with helpful staff.

First time I have been through this process, must say Scott looked after me from start to finish within the process.

Was looking for a Mercedes C class but wanted the E class but was a little costly on most platforms, eventually found me an E class cheaper then the C class, brilliant result !!

I had a brilliant experience with Total Vehicle Leasing and in particular Mike Bunning, who I spoke with at every stage and was really great with all queries, big or small. We wanted a vehicle sooner than the usual 10 week wait period for a factory order and Mike made the effort to locate one in the colour we wanted that had just arrived in U.K. port. So we got it within less than a month. Delivery was easy - straight to our home. Excellent value too. Highly recommended!

I have flipped between a one to five star rating so on average I am giving a three star rating. Downsides: had car delivery repeatedly delayed for nearly two months at large expense to myself having to rent a car to plug the gap. At one point, the agreed car was going to be delayed by 3 months, having been told it was reserved, myself having paid and contract signed. Upside: they were in regular contact, made quick amends, apologised and did the best they could although as a broker they were limited in their power to effect change.

From the start Scott Rigg was extremely helpful in setting up my new contract. This was my second attempt to lease a car, the first company (that shall remain nameless) failed dismally. It was refreshing to deal with Scott who was very patient with my many questions. I am very happy with the car choice I made and the leasing company I used. I can thoroughly recommend TOTALVehicleLeasing.

This was my first experience of leasing a car and I contacted Total Vehicle Leasing along with a number of other companies. Mike and Andrew stood out from their competitors and were by far the most efficient. They were very easy to deal with and managed to find me what I was looking for within a very short space of time. I was worried this would be a stressful and difficult process, having never dealt with a long-term lease company before. However, it was the complete opposite; painless and stress free, due to the professionalism and quick turnaround of things from Mike.
