Did not have to wight to long for it to come the coulor is not that good a match nice quality not so sure how easy it will.be to fit

I have a great experience with my halo. I have never been so happier. I felt so beautiful. It helped me in a long way. I am a girl that has hair loss and ever since I start wearing my halo extension and it has nothing but amazing to me and this company is super amazing great quality amazing people I’ll chat with you if you need them I just want to give hands off to this amazing company. Stay away. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. The hair piece was too big for me and the color was not a good match. They won't accept the return simply because I tried it on once. In order to exchange for a different shade, I have to pay $19 for shipping. $19! I can ship this for $5 as it hardly weighs anything. What a waste of money.

After a few emails, I was able to receive the help I needed. One Halo extension I received, the Halo band was not connected. After successfully corresponding with the company they were very kind and courteous and are sending a new Halo extension to me. Wonderful to deal with. The Halo’s look amazing and are so easy to put in. I love mine (I have two sets).

Exceptional customer service- expert and friendly and extremely reliable and quick. The Halo extensions are truly wonderful; I had been losing a lot of hair recently but now I have a veritable mane! And the colour match (thanks to the customer service team and especially to Vina) is spot on. It really helps boost your confidence. Thanks so much!!!!

Updated review since my first order did not arrive due to the shipper. Customer service Vina and Jenny were exceptional and updating me for the new order shipped to Mexico and they arrived! So worldwide shipping does work. They were very helpful in the process and I appreciate their great service. The product looks good and I’m excited to try. Thank you!

It's a beautiful piece with another one, absolutely free and Vina was very helpful and quick to respond with great advice on shortening the link to fit.

I ordered two types – straight and wavy – and I was able to use them for my fantasy character birthday. For the first time, I didn’t feel insecure when I saw a photo of myself from the back. Thank you so much for that!

With alopecia and missing 50% of my hair, this really makes a difference.

I just want to say I did get the hair extensions not the clip on one the head band one. The feel and color looked more real then most hair colors and extensions I've tried. The headband blended in good.
They also had many colors to choose from. Mine was a buy one get one. One was wavy one was straight. The straight one didn't come in yet it, customer service got right on that and sent a new one. I have curly hair so I don't mind. The one little thing I wish I could change is the headband size, it's very big, or round. Unless my lead is that small. Over all I liked it. I can easily brush it. I only tried the wave one. So far. But over all it got there fast. Within 2 weeks.

I FELT SECURE WITH THE PURCHASE AS THEY HAVE A RETURN POLICY. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS THE RETURN SHIPPING WAS 200.00 FROM USPS AND YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING.

Terrible service from your company your refund information is not valid you just ignore your customer till the time is up and you can’t return your merchandise which I can’t use what waste of money PEOPLE BEWARE total rip off company

Beware. Have to pay postage and return to China,registered. So very expensive. And import duties.

The extensions arrived however there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO ADHERE TO HEAD..NO CLIPS..NO NOTHING AND THE STRING WILL NOT TIGHTEN..IT SLIPS...THEY ARE A JOKE AND

I have not received this!! Every email is an excuse, I’ve tried getting my refund but they have excuses after excuse and then they stop emailing!

Order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Customer service was great. I absolutely love the extensions! My husband didn't even notice because the color was spot on! I have already washed the straight extension, and used conditioner on it. It is much softer and doesn't get tangled so easily now

I dont understand why you wouls send me an email asking to write a review. I think you all know that there are not many happy customers.
I received te wrong color, synthetic hair. Tried to contact for 3 weeks now and no respons..

I never receive my order, and they are not responding to my emails anymore!!!!
