Ordered food August 20 2025 never got update per orders so I cancelled orders and was promised refund with 7-14 days. Written for status of refund told 7-14 days excluding weekend. Still waiting on my $89.00 refund it’s October 22, 2025 and Caribshoppers are ignoring my emails. My advice shop with caution with this site

over two months no order. over one month no refund, no retuen email or phone call. this is a scam operation

To say this company has false advertising is an understatement!!! I ordered their products in July, I did NOT receive not 1 item from my order!!! We are now in September and I canceled the order and requested a refund of my nearly $200 over 2 weeks ago I still have not received it!!! I am beyond
frustrated with this Caribshopper at this point and will NEVER again order not 1 item from this company!!!

I don’t mind waiting 2 months to receive an order. I do mind people advertising 6-10 business days to receive items and lack of communication for delayed orders.

Do not order from this place they sell spoiled and rotten food when you reach out to the customer service with pictures and proof that they have sold all rotten food. They tell you in the food just looks like that because of temperature changes when it is apparent that the food is old and rotten. Do not order from here you’re gonna risk your life

Ruined christmas with lies and no Tracking and no gifts before Christmas. Thanks alot for taking our money and leaving us with nothing but lies and excuses and out of stock items

Ordered on Nov 4, it's now Dec 16, and items still haven't arrived. They give no tracking info, just say it'll be there soon. Do not waste your money here. Had to file a chargeback with my card after waiting 5 weeks for the items.

I ordered 6 products from them. All of the items I ordered were perfect and came in great condition. The items are actually shipped from Trinidad and Jamaica, so know your order will take a while arrive but it’s definitely worth it! I will be placing all of my future Caribbean grocery product with CaribShopper!

I ordered a case of Carib Beer. The shipment was timely and the order was received in perfect condition.

I purchase in bulk because I love having my snacks on hand to eat. It's a better and my cost efficient purchase than getting it at the Caribbean grocery stores. Very fast shipping as well.

I ordered the White Cross Therapeutic Rub Tube, 100g × 4. It came in a timely manner, and well packaged. I appreciated the thank you email and the good customer service I encountered.

After placing my order I received great communication about my order status. Emails to keep me updated, and even a phone call from the team to fill me in on any potential delays. The order was accurate, packaged safely, and everything arrive in pristine condition so my family and I could enjoy the products.

Buying from Caribshopper was a great experience. I bought Jerk marinade, pickapeppa sauce, and curry powder. While every product was good, the curry powder was absolutely perfect for one of my favorite dishes.
The delivery was prompt, and everything arrived well-packaged.

My initial order was delivered in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout the delivery process.
