Great Service
I have been using CarHireExcess, i.e., for a number of years now. Last year, I had to make a claim for damage done to my rental while it was parked. I followed the claim process, which was easy, and received a refund without delay. All in all a very good servioce.

Very pleasant staff. Dealt with a policy booked. It had to be cancelled due to a mistake I made regarding a wrong date of birth entered. Policy was cancelled quickly. I took out a new one.

I have spread the word about your Company to friends and family .. Now days Spanish hire company's are demanding up to €900 for 2 weeks Assurance ..Absolute Rip-off

Amount insured is not clear.
You gave €7000 on your application for the sum covered. When i received your cover cert it said €1000 max cover. I emailed a question and no answer received. I also tried to phone and no ans.
