We’ve had a really positive experience with Care Vitals. The team have been professional, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout, and the resources and support provided have made things much easier for us as a care provider.

I would especially like to single out Perm, who has been fantastic. Perm has been approachable, patient and extremely supportive whenever we have needed guidance or clarification. Communication has always been clear, and you get the sense that Perm genuinely wants to help rather than simply provide a standard response.

The level of support we have received has been reassuring, particularly when working through policies, documentation and the various requirements involved in running a care service. Having someone knowledgeable and readily available makes a real difference.

I have been using the careVITALS system for around nine months, and it has been an excellent platform for our care organisation. It saves us a alot of time and resources, the AI features are very useful in supporting our staff with their day-to-day work. The KPI reports and assessments are particularly helpful and easy to use. The support team is always responsive and available whenever we need assistance. I would highly recommend careVITALS to other care providers.

Very user friendly Care App. I am also able to upload all HR staff documents and Company Policies as well as Good governance documents. There is a good library of documents to use and the option to create your own documents. Customer service is just a phone call away and very helpful in showing how best to navigate the system and or resolve any mistakes.

CareVitals has a great team, they walked us through the process on how to use it and they do not get tired of us regularly asking for help. The app is great! we now have everything in one place.
