Very helpful in process of searching for job.

I recently had a call with one of the co-founders of this company. Initially, I believed they were a career services firm offering resume writing and job application assistance. I was only looking for help with those areas — not interview prep, not guaranteed placements, and definitely not anything unethical.

During the conversation, they asked about my background, career goals, and current job search. But things quickly took a different turn.

I was informed that to proceed, I’d need to pay a $1,500 deposit. On top of that, once placed in a job, I would have to pay 20% of my paycheck for 15 months. This was never mentioned anywhere on their website.

Even more concerning, they seemed to promote dishonest behavior in interviews and promised guaranteed placements, which is highly unrealistic — especially in the U.S. job market. When I raised a few reasonable questions about the fairness of the pricing and why they couldn’t just charge a transparent service fee, the co-founder I spoke with—Shashank—became hostile and verbally abusive.

It was shocking and unprofessional. I was just trying to understand what I was signing up for, and in return, I was met with aggression for simply questioning their model.

I'm sharing this to caution others. Please research thoroughly before trusting any company with your personal and financial information. A legitimate service will never pressure you or insult you for asking questions.

Your efforts and earnings matter. Protect them.
