Excellent reminder for people with dementia
Mu Mum has dementia and was not taking her medication on occasions. The wrist alarm band works very well to prompt her. I've attached a little label on the band (Meds Reminder) to remind her what the band is for and this appears to be working well. The band came quickly. Thank you so much.

Only had a short time but seems to work well. Location accurate and frequent updates very helpful. Not the easiest to set up, but got there.

No good for me too complicated to set…
No good for me too complicated to set up. 22 main point + 21 sub points. Some information needed means going back to find it.sms code wouldn't send, without sending the suggested message the set up doesn't work. A waste if money. Bearing in mind this will be primarily for older people, it needs to be much easier to set up and use
Failing which it's a waste of time.

Connection problem between bed sensor and transmitter
The Nutrix wireless transmitter and Alerta bed sensor would not connect together properly. Customer service initially said just push harder. We got it working briefly by taping the connectors together but it wasn’t reliable. I returned everything and Care Alarms UK issued a refund promptly.

Bought this for the fall detection for…
Bought this for the fall detection for my blind father.
Works well after initial setup, which was difficult for someone not too tech savvy, had to call the tech department, they were very helpful. Father has difficulty cancelling a false alarm.
My father is also deaf, but can hear the voice through the watch clearly.
No monthly subscription needed.

I am sorry that you feel the support you have received from our team has not met your expectations.
Upon looking at your order, please allow me to note:
- Further to your initial query on the 27th of August, and upon discussing your comments with the manufacturer of the Medpage Wi-Fi Waterproof SOS Panic Call Button for Smartlife App, we arranged to retrieve the device, in order for our Technical Team to carry out all necessary fault tests.
- Sadly, the said tests took slightly longer than anticipated, for which of course we can only apologise.
- As advised in our correspondence to you, the fault tests came back negative, and the Technical Team concluded the item returned was in good working condition.
- At your request, a full technical report detailing the outcome of the fault tests was also emailed to you.
- As a gesture of goodwill, and considering this matter had taken longer to be resolved than initially anticipated, we halved the cost of returning the device back to you.
Therefore, please allow me to respectfully disagree with your assessment of our service, as our team has actively endeavoured at all times to provide you with technical support as required.
In any case, I do acknowledge that we would have also liked to resolve this matter in a much more nimble fashion, and I am sorry about any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.

Bed wetting alarm for my 10 year old
Bought the Bed wetting alarm for my 10 year old son. He has been dry ever since using the device - as soon as we started to use the device, he hasn't wet the bed but neither has the alarm gone off. This was from night 1 of trying the device. there has been no change in routines or watching what he drinks at night before bed.
Maybe it is psychological, but either way, the device has worked. He has stopped wetting the bed! this is a great piece of mind for us as parents.

My care alarm watch is so sensitive to any jolt, which is very reassuring. It's very easy to charge up and keeps accurate time with clear display. I find it is a great peace of mind to wear it in case l fall, as one of my contacts would be immediately alerted. Thank you for a great product and great service!

Had an issue with watch not working but they said it was user damage had a crack on back of watch took a while to sort issue but the people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful did not get replacement or refund but did buy another watch as I was happy with the one I had
