I Called cardiac and he was so rude and had a horrible attitude. This guy is supposed to know about hybrid cars as advertised on line. However, the cardiac tell me I don’t know much about the car. I tried to repair another lady car and couldn’t fix the car because the panel controls the car. He then tell me I don’t know what to tell you but I have other calls waiting with a horrible attitude. I wouldn’t waste my time on somebody that lack the knowledge of the car and sound so unprofessional. He is argumentative and very rude and if you have a problem with his service you’re going to left with the problem. Please save yourself frustration and disappointment.

I called them up for my bmw tourer, they were very thorough from the outset, asking probing questions before booking the car in for a diagnostics. They were transparent about the prices (not the cheapest but you certainly get what you paid for),

I dropped the car off in the morning and received a call before lunch to tell me what was wrong with the car. From my first visit I can tell you they are trustworthy, honest and thorough and would highly recommend them.

I have used these guys for years the friendly Team at Car Doctor are fantastic they are professional, offer excellent customer services and the work is always to a high standard. If you want a honest and fair garage to get your car Serviced MOT or any job done on your vehicle in a quick and efficient manner . I recently had my vehicle repaired by Cardoc and was extremely happy with the level of service given. I was contacted by phone throughout to keep me informed as to when the car would be ready.
To make things even better, on arrival, I found that the car had been cleaned & valeted to.
I was very impressed with the level of service I received and will definitely be using Cardoc again.

Thank you for your email. I must say I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cardoc and I promise never to use you again and would be happy to convey that statement to anyone asking my experience of your company. I was told that a diagnostic test on my car would be done, and if I decided to have the work completed by yourself that the diagnostic amount would subtracted from the total cost. THIS WAS NOT DONE, and the service manager said that this was never the case which is a COMPLETE LIEl, as this was the main reason I went ahead with the test, the information given to me I already knew and was more interested in having this work completed.

MOT for my BMW X5 450E, Booking was simple and easy, on the day I was thoroughly informed of each steps and pleasant experience while I waited in reception sitting area, after MOT was completed the staff came out and pointed out few advisory points that I may need to look in to within a year, all in all a great experience and excellent customer service, ThankYou San.T

I phoned for a quote for front wheel alignment on a small Honda... quoted £90.00. Seriously!
As a positive... he was polite and he managed not to laugh when he told me the price (hence two stars, not one).

I was greeted pleasantly on arrival, the work was completed faster than expected and I was contacted by phone to let me know when the car would be ready.
To make things even better, on arrival, I found that the car had been valeted on the house.
Not cheap, but a fair price for a really trouble free, professional and relaxing experience.
How refreshing!

They truly deserve a 5 star rating purely because of the level of service and customer care.

Had to urgently get my MOT done for my car and got it booked with them.

They were so prompt ,efficient and so professional in there work. They guided me to rectify the problem with the faults in the car and once rectified, the car passed the Mot.

My Yaris needed an MOT and i didn't want to drive 30 miles to my usual garage. I looked up CARDOC which was only 8 mins. away from where i was staying at the time and they had good reviews. ... Oh my goodness, i didn't realise garages like this still exist. They were very friendly and booked me in very quickly. When i arrived, they started on my car within 10 mins. The best part is, my 21 year old Yaris passed with no problems at all, which shows how honest they are. As i'm sure a few garages, who will be nameless, might have come up with a couple of items.
This is a professional garage with friendly staff and enough mechanics to deal with any car and i have to say, i do highly recommend them!
Update 5/10/25:
Such a good experience recently. My 23 y/old Yaris red battery light and overheating light came on, so drove for 15 mins. to get it to somewhere i could stop. Found the drive belt had shredded and radiator fluid everywhere. Phoned CarDoc who said if i can get the car to them, they would do what they can to help. The AA arrived just 30 mins. later after my emergency call, which was brilliant and after one look realised it would have to be recovered. He loaded up my car straight away and took me the 9 miles to Cardoc. I gave them the keys with permission to do whatever it takes to get my car back on the road even asking them to replace the other belt as well. I trust them completely, as they are a totally honest garage. As i'm a carer my car is so important to me. ..... 3 hours later my car is ready to collect. Thanks to the AA and especially Cardoc, my nightmare is over. The price charged was so much less than expected, they even cleaned my car topped up fluids and shined the tyres!!! This year my car passed the MOT. How's that for service! Yep, a genuine garage, thanks guys.

All good, no issues. Cardoc are polite and prompt. Plan to use again
