My husband has had to have a few surgeries through Cardinal Health. The nurses are great. However, the handling of the surgery is atrocious. Each time we have the surgery scheduled, we wait hours after the time he is supposed to go in. We literally sit in the hospital for 8-10 hours each time due to their inability to schedule correctly. It is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful of everyone's time and health. Go elsewhere!

While everyone has been very friendly and professional, I've been waiting for a replacement pump for a week almost. I keep having to call for a follow up and I'm told I'll be called back with an update and they don't call back. If you're on the Quebec program don't expect to be taken care of as much even with needs as important as ours.

I have been trying their products repeatedly for years. constantly been a failure. includes other "named brands" u produce. bc from experience. I have been forced to use duct tape to keep the tearaway sides from falling open. the absorbent material crumbles, sagging between your
legs(not soiled). absolutely horrible product to have to use because insurance makes us take 3 months' worth.
