Kevin and Team, make for an awesome and streamline process, whether it's a refi or home purchase, look no further. Kevin delivers on what he promises, that's why I've used him on several transactions, and continue to send my friends and family too him.

Wade was very knowledgeable and honest about the whole process and why each step was being taken. Was always available when we had questions about certain things. Was easy to talk to and genuinely seemed to look out for our interest.

We were fortunate to have had Kyle Stevens, our realtor recommend Mary O'Brien with Cardinal Financial for our lending needs. Mary is outstanding in every way. Our loan was handled professionally with a personal touch! She's the best and we have dealt with several.

This was the worst experience of my life! These people can't seem to get it together. I have been going in circles with e-signing over and over and over again. Closing date changes weekly and they say it is because we requested it! NOT TRUE!! I have been asked for the same documentation for 3 months. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Our loan officer Justin did an awesome Job.

I had some issues and didn't end up refinancing with them, but will give them lots of credit for refunding me the $750 that I spent during the process.

Would give them another shot in the future.

They make good on their word, which is a rare thing from a company nowadays.

My home loan was easy and quick with Cardinal. Everyone I dealt with (Carson, Meranda) really went the extra mile to keep me in the loop and moving forward with my loan!

The responsiveness and personal touch of the experience was incredible! Chuck and his team were always available (day, night, vacation, etc.) to answer questions, get my documents and information together, and get me pre-qualified, pre-approved, and approved for my home mortgage! Not a single moment felt stressful, if it did, Chuck was quick to make things feel comfortable and easy. He walked me through options for down payments and effects on rates, I could not imagine a better mortgage experience - I never even thought getting a mortgage could be so pleasant!

Great rate and kept me updated. Probably the busiest time off the year for home loans but my refinance closed within reason and I’ve got no regrets. Thank you Cardinal!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORSE COMMUNICATION, AND DISHONEST!

Even if you have no timeline with plenty of patience don’t bother wasting your time with this group of incompetent fools. I have been trying to get a partial release of our property so my mother can build a house on our land. We started this process in May, now it’s September and the process is still not completed! No one returns your phone calls nor do they respond to any emails! In June we sent our Mylar map for an approval signature. The map got “misplaced “. From June 14th till September 10th they sat on SOMEONE’S desk! Could not get an honest answer from anyone. Supposedly nowwwww they have been overnighted to corporate for a signature and then requested to overnight back to my surveyor ASAP…. Let’s see….

This our 2nd experience with cardinal. Matt and his team are absolutely amazing. Quick responses, great communication and they make what can be a stressful and overwhelming process pain free and seamless. Highest recommendation.

In finding a home loan you can trust Nandy Trevino with Cardinal Financial he made the process super easy an painless he also explained everything in extreme detail so that I knew what was going on it was a real pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him .

I switched from another company to Cardinal Financial mid new home purchase. The previous company didn't communicate with me at all, didn't seem to care for my business and was delaying my home purchase. I switched to Renee Douglas with Cardinal Financial and she worked hard to get my mortgage closed on time even though she came into it late and the busy market put road blocks in her way. She powered through it all and I closed on time with the terms I wanted at a great rate! Her communication was polite, professional and timely. I cannot recommend her highly enough! I'm so glad I fired my previous financial company and made the switch.
