Ordered card, was told card was "produced, printed, and delivered" to the post office and sent a tracking number. A week later and the tracking number says that it hasn't even been dropped off yet. Sent 2 emails asking for assistance. No answer. Refunded it through my bankcard, they should be ashamed. Even if it shows up, I'm not contacting them. This place is trash. Ask yourself why they don't list a direct phone number, and look at all of the reviews where they don't get a reply through email. Overall, THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!

Ordered for valentines, Feb. 5, promised to receive
by Feb. 11. Claims to have shipped 2/7. Not received as of Feb. 14. Even the USPO doesn't usually take a week. Gonna have a PSSSSSD wife

This was my first order and it arrived incomplete and I was panicking as the holiday was nearly here and I wasn’t hearing back from anyone. Cards finally arrived in the nick of time. The cardstock and envelopes are superior in quality and and I love the self-stick envelopes! Wet your pants funny and totally irreverent cards one can’t find anywhere else! Will definitely order again!

I live out of the United States, so I saw this service as a way I could send a physical card. However, I sent my 5-year-old grandson a birthday card he never received. I wrote customer service and have never received a reply. I have tried to call; nobody answers. I also sent my daughter a card, and she has yet to receive it. I won't be fooled again into trusting this company.

Cardfool screwed up order and sent mine to someone else and their cards to me (invoice in package did not match shipping label). Since I had other person’s address I shipped her cards to her (at my expense of $16.10) and she will send me my cards. Both of us have tried to contact customer service to resolve (me with multiple emails to a supposed emily@cardfool and her with multiple voicemails because no one answered customer service number - 5 + days ago). Zero response to either of us. At minimum we should both be reimbursed for our shipping costs based on Cardfools shipping screwup. The only reason 2 stars instead of 1 is because I’ve had one previous order they managed not to mess up.

I ordered a card that didn't arrive so I contacted Tim who immediately responded. He said they mailed it but they promptly overnighted me a new card. The original card showed through the UPS three weeks after they mailed it to me. So they had actually mailed the card but clearly the UPS had an issue. Thank you for the excellent service and for your responsiveness to my problem.

I paid for a single card on 12/31 that was never sent. But, OH YES, they didn't waste any time charging my American Express card. I called their bogus customer service number and left two voicemails. I did not get any call back. I have no confirmation for ordering the card and have no receipt for paying for it. I will still open a dispute with American Express, even for $1.99! This company is a scam. 80% of the reviews are similar to mine. Where there's smoke there's fire.

I had two cards that had not been received. I called and left message after message and sent emails with no response. The CEO of the Company responded to one of my emails and then called me to apologize and say that the money for those cards would be refunded immediately. Doesn't get much better than that. Very impressive.

I was very disappointed when looking to purchase some cards today to see a birthday card that says "lets go Brandon" It saddens me that even on a site like yours, I have to see divisive cards like that. Oh well. There are lots of other places to use for cards.

27 cards waiting to be sent from Dec 15th. 3-4 calls and about 4 emails to customer service with no response.
Is the company still in business?
Hard to feel enthusiastic about Cardfool given my current experience.

2nd UPDATE: I spoke too soon! After Card Fool replied and I wrote the first update, they stopped responding! I’ve sent them 3 emails and no response. My cards didn’t ship and did not receive a refund.
Stay away from this company. I will not be ordering any more cards from them!

UPDATE: After leaving this review I got an immediate response. Thank You Card Fool for making it right!!
I would like to suggest that your website be updated to make it easier to contact someone!!! And not wait for A bad review before correcting the issue.

I have 18 cards that were supposed to ship on 12/6/2021 have NOT shipped. Have not been able to get a hold of anyone. The 2 phone numbers I found (took quite a bit of digging) always goes to voicemail. The message sent via their website has not been answered.
Not happy at all and will no longer use this company!!!

I sent 2 e-cards and recipients never received, was charged for both. If you try to reset password or try to contact them, every link is broken, says not found. No way to contact them.

I received an order missing an item. I have emailed them four times through their system---the only way they make available to reach them---and have had no response. I have finally resorted to writing a bad review to get their attention. I will see if they publish this or get in touch with me.

I have really enjoyed this site. The free shipping plus personalized message & touches makes these cards exceptionally fun to receive. Every card I’ve created turned out great. I’m a bit perplexed with any negative views, as I have only had positive experiences. So glad to see this available. Thank You.

Ordered two printed cards that I never received. Contacted them through their website to resend and never got a response. It appears that this is scam business.

Ordered a Birthday card. I’ve emailed multiple times asking where’s the card is and never received a email response. Don’t waste your time with these fools!!!!!!!!! Their name says all you need to know FOOLS!!!!!!! I receive emails 2-6 a day from them to buy something else but no response about my missing card. Must be a bunch of monkeys running the show. No I take that back monkeys wouldn’t be this incompetent!!!!!!!! Save your money buy from another online company( read reviews first) or even better a brick and mortar shop. Well at least I only lost $5 to these ___________FOOLS!!!!!!!!!

Refused to print then charged me days later.

Im only giving this company a 4 star because the shipping hasn't been what it use to be. However I did contact them and spoke with Grant and he did say they were having issues with the shipping. Other then that I love the cards and have been a happy member for a while now.

Order has never arrived. Several e mails to "contact us" with no response. No customer service - Blatenly being ignored.

Their website is terrible. It took me an hour to get through the birthday card offerings. It kicked me off every few minutes and never did I get to find the card I wanted to order multiple copies for my next year's mailings.
I wanted to find a card that showed a dog saying "Want me to bury your birth certificate?" and I didn't find it anywhere in he birthday card list. This website is so bad that I spent over one hour and twenty minutes trying to navigate through it. What a waste of time!

It never let me view my cart even though I had several other cards in it. It showed my total amount due as $274.00!

Do six year-olds operate this site?
