Purchase was pretty easy, but i ordered the parcel from abroad and had some further questions via email that the team didn't answer.
They only have one global shipping option. Their global shipping is slow because they use traditional postage services instead of couriers. I don’t know where my parcel will end up or at which post office it will arrive. This adds undue stress on me as the customer. If you purchase locally you should be fine. However, if you can, try and phone for assistance if you have queries. Email correspondence, from my experience, was not effective.

Never ever had a bad experience with Cardbot. All parcels on time, all products in perfect condition and the “extras” they throw in just top it all off. Whenever a new product is coming out Cardbot is my first point of call.

one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time! My order was packed up and posted pretty much straight away. When it arrived I was wondering why it was so big - everything was double boxed and packed with so much care. You could have dropped a plane on it and it would have been fine! And to top it off they threw in a bunch of extras for free! The mystery box was amazing too, and I would say everything in it is worth double the value of what I paid, if not more! Delighted to find this gem of a place and will be back for more!
