Car Cover Factory does not honor their 30 day guarantee return and sizing policy.
I ordered a car cover using their official online sizing tool and provided my exact vehicle make and model. The cover arrived significantly too large, pooling water near the bumpers during rain and risking damage to my car's paint.
I contacted customer service to request a return on September 1, well within their advertised 30-day window (purchased August 17). Instead of honoring their guarantee, they refused the return on the technicality that the outdoor cover had gotten wet during normal testing—creating an impossible catch-22 for a product designed to protect against weather.
They refused a full refund and tried to push a partial $50 credit to keep an ill-fitting product. Buyer beware: their "guarantee" does not protect you if you actually try to use or test the product they sent you.

I usually don’t leave reviews….but I felt like this one is well deserved!!! I purchased their motorcycle cover about 8 months ago for my 2019 HD Street Glide Special and I gotta say that it was one of the best bike covers EVER!! I live on the east coast and we get some of the most extreme weathers around and this cover has impressed me in more ways than one!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND…👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Premium car cover only lasted 12 months before it started tearing and the worst if it they shrugged off there shoulders and said nothing they can do about it, 300 dollars a year for a car cover is ridiculous, very disappointed in the customer service

BEWARE CarCovers offers products that are not currently available in their inventory. The sales technique of confirming orders and taking pre-payments on product not immediately available to fulfill the orders is concerning. The strategy is a calculated gamble that the customer will not seek an immediate refund while the future delivery of the product remains vague. The remedy offered by CarCovers is only to refund with the associated financial institution processing float time, while the funds are in possession of CarCovers. Very disappointing experience!

Don't buy from them unless you have 6 months to wait. I ordered in February, they provided a FedEx tracking number, when I tracked on FedEx the inquiry elicited a "have not recieved your package for delivery from CarCoversFactory" response from FedEx. Repeated promised dates, all an additional 2-weeks out, latest promise is mid August, six months late. I asked for a refund. Not expecting much.

Wrong cover supplied. They don't even stock the cover i ordered from their website.
Refused to refund $26 postage for return of wrong product.
Terrible service.

Absolutely horrible service, this company charged us and then never shipped our product. We waited for over a month with no email or phone call. We finally called them and were told it would be another month wait but to just be patient, they said they were back ordered but next month it would ship. Next month came and went with no information so we called back and asked for our tracking number and they said we still haven’t shipped it but next month we will ship it out lol. I told my wife to cancel our order. What a joke, this company is ridiculous if you want a cover go somewhere else. Oh they said for their horrible service their bandage was 10% off. Hahahaha No thanks they should have offered us a free cover at that point but as you can see from what they thought was okay 10% should fix 4 months of waiting and us holding your money the whole time and never providing any information that should fix it. Lol what a joke. We will find a reputable business somewhere else. Thx

En dårlig oplevelse. Jeg ved ikke, hvordan kvaliteten af produkterne er, men firmaet gør alt for at forhindre, at man returnerer en vare. Og avancen må være helt sindssyg, for da jeg ville returnere en vare til kr. 1.400, blev jeg tilbudt et prisafslag på først kr. 800, dernæst kr. 900. Så hvis man absolut skal handle med dem, kan jeg kun anbefale at skrive, at man vil returnere varen og få en prisreduktion. Men ellers gør man alt for at besværliggøre kommunikationen og forhale processen med at returnere og få pengene igen. Man bliver i øvrigt tiltalt som et lille barn, så der er formentlig noget AI og nogle kinesere bag biksen. MEN jeg fik trods alt - efter lidt skriveri frem og tilbage - alle mine penge igen, og derfor bliver det til to stjerner.

I ordered 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500 all body Types - Premium Edition on March 31, 2026 and got the confirmation saying it being Processed and Delivery Date will be Friday , April 3, 2026. But i did not get it and haven't seen nothing yet. Ordered # : 8351781541. Please confirm that it is coming A.S.A.P.

The so-called “premium” version has been a complete failure. It lets water and dust pass straight through, offering virtually no protection at all. Even light wind easily displaces the cover, making it completely unreliable for outdoor use.

I raised a complaint, expecting a reasonable solution, but instead I was told I could get a replacement — only if I paid over $100 in shipping. Frankly, that’s unacceptable. After such a poor experience with the original product, there is no justification for asking me to spend more money on something I have no confidence in.

J’ai acheté une housse de voiture il y a moins d’un an et je suis très déçu par la qualité. Au bout de quelques mois seulement, la housse s’est mise à pelucher, elle c'est meme déchirée par endroits.
Elle était étanche au début, mais aujourd’hui ce n’est plus du tout le cas : l’eau traverse complètement et la voiture n’est plus protégée de la pluie.
J’ai contacté le service client pour signaler le problème, pensant qu’un produit aussi récent serait pris en charge. On m’a répondu qu’aucune garantie ne s’appliquait à ce produit.
Produit de mauvaise qualité et service après-vente inexistant. À fuir.

This is an update to my review earlier about a month ago. I had ordered 2 truck covers mid December. The date given I would receive the product was before Christmas. I was told on January 12th that the covers are on a ship heading this way and to expect them in about 10 days. I thought that since I waited this long I might as well wait 10 more days. I called on February 5th to see where my covers are and I was told that the factory was sending them on the 11th of Feb. I had enough and asked for my money back. I gave them plenty of chances to get me covers and they failed. I would not recommend this company. I would give them 0 stars. Terrible service.

Very disappointing experience. After placing my order which said 5 days for delivery I received an email saying 15-20 days. After 1 month of not receiving a thing I sent an email cancelling the order. Wasted my time.

If there was a zero star review available, I would use it this company is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. I normally don’t do reviews but this one here needs to be aware of how they do business I place an order in the next day they tell me we’re sorry but there’s a delay because of huge orders. They said that the shipment will be in on the 14th and be shipped out surprise surprise it is the 14th. I contact them and they said give us another week. They’ve been telling me that for the past week or two it’s going on a month now and still, nothing only message that I get was the day after I placed the order of the delay. Nothing else I would not recommend this company for anything.

Do not take customers money and lie to them regarding the delivery date, if something is out of stock the customer deserves to know it and NOT BE LIED TO , ten days late , days late is not acceptable for a stupid car cover , this company is to big and deserves to fail for twice lying to me on to separate orders ,

Easy to navigate the site & to place an order. - update! Cover has arrived. Not quite the fit I was hoping for but pretty dam close. I think if I didn't have a boot spoiler it would be perfect. So I have just added a clip strap to the back of cover & it is now perfect. I'm pretty happy! Thank you covers.com.nz 👍

Purchased a cover, based on the information on the website for my vehicle, received the cover, to large and even blew off the front when strapped, no indication which was the front until I had it on backwards, the lock did not work, 2.5 hours of time dealing with this, now they want to send me additional straps, I don’t want to take 1 hour putting this on, be careful when purchasing, the customer service is terrible, uneducated foreigners, no energy, no sense of any kind of direction.

Ordering process was very easy. They had my exact vehicle on site.

This is the second satin indoor cover I have purchase. The first one is on my Jaguar F-Type R. It fits like a glove. Excellent quality. This one I just order is for my BMW X3M. I fully expect it to fill like a glove also.
