Will was really helpful answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed brought the car the same day when I viewed and test drove will made sure the car was ready to pick up he even washed a valeted the car himself on a bank holiday before closing so I could drive away same day top bloke 10 out of 10 thankyou

Great experience buying a car from here. Was so easy. No pressure to buy. Very friendly happy guy who sorted out the sale and part exchange. Car was fully checked. New service and long MOT great warranty too. 100% recommend

Terrible customer service …
I bought the car last year and cruise control fault came up , they ensured me it would be fixed by the time I bought the car. When I got home with the car, the fault came back up. I have contacted them multiple times and heard nothing back but a snotty reply. Months later, I try cancel my warranty and they have done the same thing, ignore all of my emails! Such a scam

Great experience. As soon as i arrived Jordan was very helpful. Left me to look around the vehicle and let me test drive it on my own.
Ask if everything was alright and if i had any consorts with it.
From start to finsh very professional and couldn't or asked for a better service and transaction.

Jordan was amazing he was so helpful from start to finish I was purchasing the car for my husband and he was patient with us and he was amazing as we have our son 17 next year just based on our experience with Jordan I would come here and purchase another car for myself my husband or even our son when the time comes

Yesterday, was a really tough day, pass my test and went to a dealership who lied and manipulated, I had been turned away at 5.30 with Carcart closing at 6 I thought I’d try there Will who I spoke to was incredible! One of the politest and well spoken lad I’ve ever spoken to! Got me my dream car with zero hassle literally 20 minutes before closing amazing experience! And 110% will be bringing all custom here thank you will!!!

I saw the car on Autotrader
I saw the car on Autotrader. I spoke with Jordan and the service he provided was first class. From the first phone call to picking the car up he made everything so smooth. He outlined other add on products which were very helpful. Will definitely be recommending Carcart and will be going back for sure.

Poor level of service
I have emailed twice with no reply and called on 03330509911 several times but nobody picks up the phone, i have a serious enquiry about my vehicle I purchased 8 days ago. This level of service is very poor and I am tempted to return my purchase within my 14 days as a result. I can't understand if you provide an email and phone number why nobody can email me or call me back.
