Absolutely disgraceful company. Stay well away.

My tools were taken from the van I was using, and they then failed to show up on the agreed date for me to collect them. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve continued to deny it despite there being proof and witnesses.

On top of that, they’ve been using my address for van rentals, which has resulted in fines being sent to my home. I’ve had to deal with constant letters and the stress of potential enforcement action for something I had nothing to do with. Completely unacceptable.

Their prices are ridiculously high for the level of service they provide, and based on my experience I would strongly question how they operate.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. They’ve been given every opportunity to put this right by returning my tools or reimbursing me and sorting out the fines, and they’ve failed to do so.

Avoid at all costs.

Carbon zero have now done several jobs at our home most recently installing an EV charger
They are thorough, professional and easy to deal with. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful.
The work done has been to a high standard and we have found their customer service to be very good.

Carbon Zero Renewables have installed a solar system on my commercial building. From the beginning from the initial sales visit to the end of the project it has been fantastic. The communication throughout has been on point.

Carbon Zero fitted our solar array which included 20 solar panels, battery, Zappi and Eddi (water heater). The customer service was second to none and the professionalism of the team was outstanding.
The after sales service has also been a refreshing change with prompt and efficient help, particularly Natasha who is always patient, thorough and understanding. I would highly recommend Carbon Zero Renewables for all your solar needs.

I had been offered a Business Government grant and decided to use a local business.
Previous to me being offered this grant I attended a corporate event, where I spoke to a staff member who informed me about the business. I spoke to a few different companies, but this was the only one who really seemed to want to understand my situation, and work with me to find a solution.

When I received confirmation for the grant, I soon realised the deadline was just over a month away and needed to get this sorted quick. I cannot thank them enough for prioritising my instal.The engineers who installed the solar panels were very friendly, very helpful even after a mains water incident leading me to have no water. They even offered to fill bottles up from their office to help me out.
On top of the brilliant service, the quality is amazing, everything is tidy, I have had no issues since they installed. I Thank not only the engineers installing the solar panels but the brilliant ladies in the office who guided me through the whole process making the process much easier and stress free.

I cannot recommend them enough! They are a brilliant company with well informed and skilled staff!!

Very disappointed in the aftercare of this company. Our equipment supplied and fitted by Carbon Zero is supposedly under warranty. Despite numerous emails for help as the inverter has stopped sending WiFi , rendering us unable to manage our solar panels and tariff with Octopus energy. Carbon Zero with out doing any site visits say they will charge us for fixing the internal part that stopped working and says the inverter is covered by the guarantee but not the WiFi signal it should send.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

Edit subsequent to the carbon zero reply. They really did say as far as I remember, that there is a dongle in the inverter and it is the part that sends out the WiFi signal, and whilst they guarantee the dongle against developing a fault they don't cover it if it stops sending out the WiFi signal. And additionally if it fails to send out a signal then the guarantee for the entire system is void.
Carbon Zero can contact me if they don't agree with the truth of this and we will dig out some emails and clarify who is correct.
