impressed! After receiving a call convincing me to re instate my booking I agreed, for the convenience of having someone meet me at the repairs shop. I emailed to advise a change of time and got confirmation back that was updated. Come to today, I arrive to drop my vehicle off at 630am, and no one showed up. By 7am I had called 3x times, left a voicemail and sent an email with no success of any return contact. I then had to pay for an uber home to start work. Come 845am still no contact from anyone. You're all about convenience and helping those who aren't at fault in an accident. But today that was far from it.
Not impressed at all, now I'm left with no vehicle for 7 days.
Edit: While still i receive no contact from anyone all day i sent one last msg to Anthony at 4pm expressing my frustration & disappointment. Within 20 mins he phoned apologise for their error took complete responsibility & organised a vehicle to be delivered to my house.( i was hesitate to take it, but i really needed a car) He also advised that my uber would be reimbursed.
This i appreciated & turned the negative experience around.

After having the accident that was not…
After having the accident that was not my fault, I was worried that I had no car and after contacting my insurance company asking them for a replacement car they said I have to wait for until they approve the damage and blah blah blah. So I decided to contact Carbiz and to my surprise they answered straight away, ended up talking to Jasmin and took care of my case and said they will drop me a car on the same day, to my surprise they deliver me a brand new 15km on the clock Santa Fe at my place.
Excellent customer service follow up, very attentive and understanding. Big shout out to Jasmin for looking after my case and the boys that drop the car, excellent customer service and got me a car that fit my needs so again thank you J.

I am still using the car provided
I am still using the car provided. But I want to say how pleasant and helpful the young girl was who showed me around the cars instruments. I do have a KIA Seltos, but this beautiful Spotage's dashboard is more update than mine. everything was explained and I even got my phone paired in. Thank goodness I was told that Deisel fuel is used in the car. I have no complaints with the service so far. The car was there on time at Hughes and Godfreys smash repairs.

Simply the best customer service I have had in forever. We were in an accident on Friday night. I rang Carbiz on Saturday morning at 10am and had a car delivered to our house by 3pm, simply amazing. Carbiz is brilliant!!!
