Okay so this is my 2nd time buying from Carat Sutra and I'm honestly hooked at this point lol. Got the Cuban link chains and a bracelet this time around and the quality is just amazing — like genuinely feels premium for the price. The silver, the finish, all of it on point. Their team was super professional the whole way through too, answered everything I needed and made the whole process smooth. Only thing is shipping takes a bit of time, but honestly? Worth every minute of the wait. If you're on the fence, just go for it — these guys know what they're doing...

It's a scam. You will never get a genuine product.

This is with reference to the order for a customized bracelet ,I had placed with Carat Sutra. I am extremely satisfied, with the output and would rate it as "EXCELLENT". Their Craftsmanship is nothing less than" OUTSTANDING". I would highly recommend them to anyone ,who is keen in their products. Only one caution, there has been a delay in Delivery of the product.Please take care of that aspect.

They sent me the product and I got a call from the jeweler, product seems to be good.
A request to the seller is to be more proactive with communication with the client.

18th May -->
I placed an order for a turquoise pendant on 3rd May 2026 and I was told via whatsapp that the product will be shipped by 11th May 2026, nothing of that sort has been done.

Customer Service - The worst, nobody bothers to pick calls or bother to reply.

The Helpline Number - +91 7300073812, is largely inactive and incoming calls on this number have been discontinued.

In my opinion - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

⚠️ Avoid, I strongly suspect this is a scam.

Paid Rs. 43,699 in April for a jewelry order from this site. Dispatch was promised in 3-4 days. Three weeks later, no item, no refund. The seller kept claiming a Blue Dart shipment had been booked, but Blue Dart confirmed directly that nobody handed the package over, the booking was generated just to buy time.

Calls and WhatsApp go unanswered most of the time. Emails simply say "wait" on repeat. UK Number also doesn't work.
The company also doesn't show up as a registered entity when checked.

They don't have any Google review. They are listed on Amazon.in but all products shows currently unavailable.

Save your money and order from a verified seller instead.

No communication on call/whatsapp from anyone from team Caratsutra. They sent wrong article than what I had ordered, that too without any govt mandated hallmark.

Good quality chain and pendant!
Initially I had a difficult time due to inconsistent communication and delayed delivery. However the product is good. Loved the design and packaging. They have a good range of products.

They keep making up stories and kept my money for months. Still no refund. Every day new stories, extremely shameless behavior.

My wife ordered ring for my birthday. Paid 1000 in advance and rest decided to pay in cash at delivery. Nor the product delivered, no one is responsive to the messages. Its almost 2-3 weeks now no one is responding.

I ordered a ring on Jan 19th. I was concerned on the geniuenity of the website since I didn't received any response on email. Later. I came to know they tried to reach me over phone and the size was not available. I was happy with response and received my product finally though there was delay. The product is worth waiting.

Update on 2nd March , I finally got my ordered delivered on 22nd Feb 2026 - The quality of the product is even better than what I expected so I must appreciate that and have increased the number of stars from 1 star to 4 star.

I placed an order on 25th December, while placing the order was told to expect delivery by next week. However on 29th December I was told it's not ready and they will take another week to get it done. Then on 31st I had to leave town and told them I will be back after 3 weeks and to dispatch after that. I dropped messages to them on Jan 29th once I was back and also called but there was no answer to my call. And then again I followed up with a message on 11th Feb and told them that I have received no response from them for almost 2 weeks on my message and said I will be leaving reviews as I'm not getting proper response to my query. Their customer service rep said they'll check and reply but no response since last 2 hours from them after that message. They provided me with the number for Mr.Kamal Soni when I initially wanted to get details and give instructions for engraving. I paid a partial advance and booked the rest for Cash on delivery as this was the first time ordering with them ... Thank God for that. I beleive based on their response my partial advance is gone. And I'm not waiting for their product any longer.

After updating the review here I was told that they shipped it and the package was returned. they mentioned using Delhivery courier but no tracking information or shipping details were ever shared with me.

Not interested in doing business with them anymore and they can keep the partial refund . I'm not accepting lies from a organisation that doesn't respond to a message to their customer service team or manager for 2 weeks.

Never had such an experience before when buying jewellery online before. Trust broken can never be repaired.

I purchased RARE PRINCE by CARAT SUTRA Turkish Style Ring with Natural Black Onyx from Carat Sutra for myself. The ring I received was good, as shown on the web and elegant to wear.
Unfortunately, the size turned to be small for my finger, so I requested a replacement with bigger size and very promptly the needful was done by Carat Sutra.
I am very happy with the product and after sales service. Highly recommended
