Gorgeous pair of earrings. One of the earrings broke after a couple of wears, possibly due to them being very delicate. When I raised this with Carat they replaced the pair of earrings with no problem or additional cost. Leanne the customer service advisor was extremely helpful and polite. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back!

Leanne was particularly fab, I ordered a gift and the delivery online would have meant it would pass the date I needed it for. Leanne found a way to deliver the goods using priority delivery and I received it the day before I needed it! Couldn't be more happier!

I ordered a pair of earrings a gift. I was worried they wouldnt arrive in time and contacted Carat London to see if they could estimate delivery time. They decided to put my order in express and I received this the next day. The product itself was beautiful and the gift went down a treat! Would recommend!

Have bought from Carat before and it's always been a good experience. Communication was great when the last order was being shipped close to Christmas (it arrived in good time) and when one item developed a faulty clasp after almost 1 year, the item was exchanged with no fuss, very quickly. Special shout-out to Roxy for her quick and comprehensive responses!

This is the first time of ordering from CARAT I purchased a pair of solitaire earings for my daughters birthday, it wasn't until I recieved the order confirmation that I realised the delivery time was scheduled after her birthday, I contacted customer services and they shipped the earings immediately. Not always easy to purchase jewelry online. But this experience with Carat was extraordinary. Delivery was fast and accurate, the product was high quality and just as shown in the photos.
I had further questions which Customer Service (Leanne in particular), was quick and efficient to help with.
Highly recommend it

The wait goes on. Leanne at Carat seems oblivious to my email requests, pushing me to get a refund in every email she sends , I want the item!
Excuse after excuse with no end in sight!

My daughter ordered me a ring for my birthday but it was never received. They insisted it had been delivered to the shipping address but the delivery picture didn't match the shipping address. They then said it had been delivered three doors away, but it hadn't and again the delivery picture did not match that address either. I have emailed them all the relevant information several times and told them to check what I'm saying on Google maps, but have received no reply. My daughter has spent hundreds of pounds with this company in the past, but if something goes wrong they don't want to know!

Ordered item 04th December.
Still not arrived.
Still no tracking number.
Still not contact from CARAT since 22nd December.
Happy to take my money though.

Bought a lab diamond ring and a pair of gold earrings before Christmas , both are so stunning and made my day!! Also the Customer service is amazing , will definitely buy again !

My experience was incredible, the staff in the South Molton Street boutique were so inviting and made sure I left knowing everything there was to know about the earrings I wanted to get my fiancé, you forget that Carat is a small business given that I eventually ordered the earrings online and they were shipped and at my door the very next morning!

Amazing customer service from a customer service advisor called Leanne. I was concerned that my order wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas however she made sure that it was dispatched almost instantly and sent via DHL express delivery. Also an amazing quality bracelet and exactly what I’d ordered. Would highly recommend this company!
