Andy was great

Andy was great, calling the day before to confirm eta next day as well as sending photo updates of my new car. On arrival he was polite and courteous and did a great handover of my new car

Want to give a shoutout to Guy who delivered my new car today.
Very efficient and kept me updated throughout the day on when my car will be delivered.

Would highly recommend.

Guy = top man

Guy delivered our new Audi yesterday. Despite the roads being extremely busy because of the evening school rush, Guy did an excellent job. Very professional and approachable. Really appreciate the great service 👍

Guy’s BYD delivery

A great bloke like Guy dropped off my BYD seal for me earlier this afternoon, he was very professional, took good care of the vehicle when unloading and showed a great presentation of the car, its features and extras.

Highly recommended.

Lease car delivery

Chris Wright delivered our car on a Friday afternoon in 35 + degrees heat, knowing he had to find his way home from Norfolk, using limited Norfolk public transport. He still supplied a polite and professional service. Great service. Thank you!

Very helpful

Chris was so helpful. He was knowledgeable about the car and handover process and was extremely polite and courteous. He is a great representative for the company.

Big thank you to Andy, really great service from start to finish. Very friendly and informative. Helped set up car controls and app which was great. Would definitely recommend using carteam
