I just bought a nissan from them 3 weeks later the gearbox and car stability has issues ...unsafe to drive
..they passed on MoT I thinks they paid off..now Don’t answer on my call no response from them .
THey Give FRee SERVICE IF PEOPLE WRITE GOOD REVIEWS...DONT BUY CAR FROM THEM NOT EVEN REPAIR

I bought a car for my son for £9000 which is a fair(not good) price. Part ex wasa 2012 clio
which like all garages offer the minimum in this case £150 , was worth more to sell but did not want hastle,
got £100 extra off. The car was (probably)obtained in an auction in Scotland.By sheer chance
the previous owner saw a glowing review on the garage site, alledgedly from me ???and since
i have an unusual name he managed to contact me
on facebook - i was relieved to say he said he had looked after the car well and was sorry to have to sell it.

The garage had put a FALSE REVIEW for me - think they have now taken it down after i kicked off.

Back to the car - i was told by trhe garage it had one owner, in fact there had been two owners

About 4 days afetr purchase, the car stopped on a motorway slip road , no power , got out and the car was sliding down
the hill,this car has no handbrake but a modern brake system. Called the police to help , as luck would have it the driver behind
was a mechanic and he lifted the bonnet , The battery lead was discoonnected and he reattached and tightened it. The Garage had left the
lead loose- this could have resulted in a disaster

I took it to my regulAR MECHANIC AND HE SAID THERE Ws an issue with the rear calipers which would cost £150 to put right and
the car had been making a noise when driving

I took it back to "car house" and they sorted the caliper and a key that did not work and also sorted a dent out.
They did not seem bothered about the battery leads

For the number of owners issue , leaving the battery lead loose and particularly the false review i am marking them down

Skulle have klargjort min bil til, tilbage levering efter endt leasing aftale, den havde nogen små skræmmer hist og pist, og så trængte den til en god omgang rens indvendigt, det klarede drengene hos Carhouse til UG, fuldstændig snorlige stod den og kom igennem FDM tjek uden en eneste anmærkning, den blev leveret tilbage med mindre skræmmer end da jeg selv fik den, og bilen stod som ny indvendigt, helt klart alle pengene værd, Rahmi og hans hold giver en ekseptionel god service.

Bought a car from these 3 days ago the Aldridge road one .Very pleased with the car it is a fiesta the guys was really helpful we heard a noise and told them about it they had it back straight away fixed the problem and bought it back to us . Brought a car from these guys all seemed well and good until a few days later start to find faults with the car then 1 week after purchase the engine management light comes on..take to car back for a refund as it was very clear the car had been tampered with (engine management light had be switched off) they told me the refund would take 14 working days to be received but minus £500 administration free which is mind boggling to be honest! Get to the 14 days and no refund only after multiple phone calls messages and a threat to call the police which I was very close to doing so. I have finally received my refund (minus £500) the reviews on this website are good which is what I went by but please look further Trustpilot and google reviews will tell you different. If only I had read them before purchasing a car from this company. The stress and worry this has put me though is disgusting and the fact they still have £500 of my money is robbery!!! I will also be adding reviews on other websites incase this one gets removed. I’m sure there will be a response to this review with some kind of excuse for holding back MY money!!

Came across car house while looking for a new vehicle, rang them and spoke to Adam, arranged a viewing and went to meet there, we spoke to another gentleman there who was very polite, he showed us the car we were interested in, ( jaguar xJ), we took it for a test drive and very impressed.
Adam was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered the numerous questions I asked, I don't think they could have done more than I asked and we agreed to buy vehicle, I had my paper work with me so we did the deal and even got a warranty to boot, the cars are all serviced and mot,d before leaving showroom.
We drove home in new car and I can say that we are very pleased with it.

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC. We brought the car 32 days ago. Within the second week we have had various warning lights. We call the dealership and we advise Ray, he advises us to bring the car in, the day he wanted us to bring in we couldn’t take it in due to family commitments and therefore rescheduled, upon taking it on the rescheduled day they had the audacity to tell us that you are now over your 30 day warranty and they can’t do anything!!! Not even to have a look. The manager Nick , does not take any ownership and puts the phone down! By the way nick the calls were recorded therefore I will now go to trading standards. I now give you 6 days to either give us a call and fix the issue I will escalate this further

I brought a car from this place and it’s nothing but problems I spent over 5k and now I have been told I need to spend at least 2k to get it going as it doesn’t drive anymore the manager or owner NICK is a unprofessional guy who really does not know how to deal with unhappy customers I would definitely not recommend this garage to anyone even if it is the last place trading standards are going to hear about this and all the good reviews they have are fake my reg is Gy62 bkj bmw 320 convertible

I bought a car last week from this dealership. The service was friendly only. The car looked great but had corroded brake pipe problem,which was not mentioned to me. I was told the car had no faults before and on arrival.My son risked his life driving it on the motorway with leaking brake fluid. I'm sure they knew about the problem because on looking through the paperwork it was mentioned three times in service and MOT advisories. I contacted the manager the next day. He said they could repair it or give a refund. I asked for a refund.
He came to look at the car and insinuated that damage was caused by me topping up the completely empty brake fluid reservoir. He argued with me, got angry and drove off and said I can return the (undrivable car) back to his dealership myelf and that we can talk in court. I called him and he said he won't do anything about it and he won't give a refund. Now I am stuck with a white elephant that I still have to pay tax, insurance and parking permit for but can't drive. Once you've bought a car from from them, if you have problems, the manager, who is also the owner, doesn't want to know. I feel like I'm in one of those youtube videos as I
can't believe this is really happening. Don't buy from this dealership.

Jeg kan varmt anbefale Car-House Ballerup. Jeg var rundt og tjekke markedet og fik mange bud på min bil inden jeg endte hos Thomas i Car-House og med det samme gav han mig et flot bud på min bil som jeg kunne acceptere. Han er virkelig behagelig og han noterede sig at der var nogle ting der ikke var helt up-to-date på den nye bil jeg havde valgt, så han var selv hurtig og sagde at der lige var nogle ting han ville skifte på bilen så den var tip top inden jeg overtog bilen. Så helt igennem en rar oplevelse og jeg gik derfra med et kæmpe smil på læben.

Vi har netop købt en Fiat 500C.
Servicen og handlen var rigtig god og fin.
Thomas var meget hjælpsom med at forklare om bilen og hvad der ellers var nødvendigt.
Jeg oplevede desværre, da jeg kom hjem med bilen, at den begyndte at sige lyde og ryste. Jeg kørte den til min nærmeste Fiat forhandler, som kunne fortælle, der skulle nye bremseskive og klodser på. Da det var lige efter handlen var indgået og jeg havde gjort opmærksom på det lige efter betalte Thomas- Car House den udgift.
Det var virkelig fin og fair service.
Jeg vil til enhver tid anbefale mit netværk at købe bil hos Car House i Ballerup:)
