Just to clarify my perspective, while the troubleshooting steps in 2021 temporarily improved the issue, the intermittent connection fault later returned and ultimately never fully resolved. My concern is that the original fault was first reported during the warranty period, even though the symptoms became more persistent over time.
I understand the difficulty in assessing the battery now given its age and the fact it has since been opened for inspection. However, when inspecting the internals later on, I personally had concerns about the presentation and assembly quality I observed, which further reduced my confidence in the battery overall.
I also acknowledge both the offer that was made previously and the current goodwill discount offer. However, as I don’t intend to purchase another battery from the company, the discount offer unfortunately isn’t of practical use to me.
I’ve shared my experience simply as honest feedback about the long-term outcome from my perspective.
