My good installation experience for solar panels by Caplor was second to none. Another company had quoted but would never give a start date and then a friend told me of Caplor. The job was done including overcoming unforeseen problems without quibble. I am happy to recommend Caplor wholeheartedly.

We have been delighted with our solar panels and battery especially with rising fuel prices. There have been one or two problems however but the Caplor Team and tried really hard to set things right and we have appreciated their help and commitment to sort out the problem efficiently and well.

Caplor installed our solar panels when other suppliers would not because it was a tricky layout on a roof with dormer windows and a gable. They did an amazing job and we have been benefitting from reduced electricity consumption.

Still going strong after 10 years. This was at the time the feed-in tariffs were about to be slashed. Caplor was the only company out of 5 who were up-front about the situation and didn't try to sell anything they couldn't deliver on time.

Sadly the company went downhill since my original review and went into liquidation in January 2024.

We had our panels installed eight years ago. The installation service provided by Caplor was excellent.
They have always been helpful if we needed advice.

I had Caplor installed pannels on our house and our business property. The company were extremely efficient installing them in a day on the house, bringing their own scaffolding and they return every 3 years to service and clean them. Their quote was very competative and they offered all the extra attachments like batteries, and car charging points.
I can highly recommend them.

Excellent service from first site visit to receiving our MSN certificate at the end. Kept in touch via email on dates and times, together with scaffolding teams, installers and electricians mobile numbers. Great job done. Would highly recommend.

Consultant visit was a good experience, did not try to sell me more that what made actual economic and financial sense. The installation, solar and battery went well, subsequent installation of a heat pump also went smoothly, they also did not over size the pump like a lot of companies do. I had not left a review until now as i wanted a year to see how it all panned out. I can say now, where my costs would have been around £1200 pa for all energy (under old prices) i have paid a little over 400 for the year and comparing every against my next 12 months tarif i will be paying about 850 where if i had not moved I would be paying >£2500. so a great investment, well advised by the caplor team and fitted professionally. I have no issues recommending their business, no risks, no over selling, a business with integrity

From start to finish the Air source heat pump installation was first class ! The engineers were quick , tidy ,helpful and very polite . After care was brilliant any issue was ironed out quickly. Would highly recommend Caplor

We used Caplor to advise on and then install a Solar PV system on our barn roof and a Ground Source Heat Pump system to replace our existing oil fired boiler.

We found all of the team at Caplor very knowledgeable and helpful. They delivered on time and if there were any changes to the plan they kept us informed.

Richard Collins was our main point of contact and was superb throughout.

I like this company as even the emails are succinct and informative (for instance about the new boiler upgrade system :) ). We have had a solar panels clean and service and they were on time and efficient.

Salesman was extremely polite and courteous, no hard sell, just explain what was available and what to expect, his quote came back in a couple of days, with a breakdown of cost and a installation time forecast.
The installation team arrived on date promised with everything they needed.
The installation was carried out with care and left nothing damage and very tidy.
I’m very happy with the installation and subsequent asked Caplor to install another unit. Would throughly recommend.

So far the initial survey, quote and follow up have all been excellent. We are now in the queue for installation and have a firm installation date. Hopefully all will continue as well as it has done to date. Many thanks

Category experts in their own field. They have given us good advice which has stood the test of time. They have supplied and fitted solar PV to the roof of two buildings in 2018. Both systems are working well.

Everyone at Caplor has been brilliant and very helpful in resolving problems due to a poor installation by another energy firm. Amy was always responsive and extremely helpful and the engineers fixed the issues. I highly recommend Caplor.

The Team at Caplor Energy are very helpful and the workmanship is good, as they installed my PV panels last year on time and without fuss. I am now working with Caplor Energy to fit a battery to my solar PV panels that they installed.

Heat pump not supplied by Caplor, but rewired so it now works reliably. When you need work done on new tech. systems your safe calling Caplor.
