Excellent company amd customer services. My sunbed was delivered super fast, unfortunately the head rest was missing-customer services contacted the supplier immediately and the head rest was sent to me worhin 48hrs. Fantastic company will use again. Thanl You.

I would absolutely recommend this company, in fact, have actually thought about placing another order myself. Although we had a hiccup, it was due to the courier and Dan handled and resolved it impeccably. Quality, luxury items at a competative price.

Don’t think this is worth the money
Don’t think this is worth the money. It advertises you will never be in wrong lane but we have just used it on a route we know and it was less than helpful. Not enough voice instructions and you don’t want to be looking at the screen when you’re driving to see if you are in correct lane.
An instruction manual would be helpful.

Fast, efficient and perfect condition
I bought two Quest Elite Naples Pro sunloungers from Capital Outdoors. They arrived very swiftly and in perfect condition. They were very competitively priced and are the best sunloungers I have ever had. They are big enough to accommodate a tall person without your feet hanging over the end and they are so comfortable. The tray that comes out of the side is very handy for putting your drink on. Although they are big, they are very light because of the aluminum frame. I experience constant chronic pain but these are so comfortable that they actually relieve my pain when lying on them in the sun. Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

As per our returns policy you are of course entitled to change your mind and return the item as-new for a full refund.
With regards to delivery, the quoted expectation on your item was within 3-5 days, it was ordered on a Sunday and processed the following day - if there was a delay to this reaching you after despatch please do let us know so we can follow this up, as maintaining service levels is very important to us.
