Sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with the set-up requirements of your BBQ Grill, the item you ordered does unfortunately require assembly (this is stated on the product page) but hopefully you've managed to get it ready to go so that you can enjoy it throughout the Summer!

Had to return 1st item but paid refund…

Had to return 1st item but paid refund no problem. Ordered 2nd item but they sent the item that was identical to 1st but because it was their fault they refunded me & I didn't have to send it back. Very polite efficient chap on the phone when I rang them.

Great customer service

Great customer service. The bed I ordered was no longer manufactured (although it showed as in stock when I placed the order), but I was offered a more expensive alternative at no extra cost. Customer service assistance was good.

Excellent service again

Excellent service again. I emailed Customer Services and got an immediate response and a follow up email to confirm date of delivery.
Product was as described and is what I need.
