At the last minute our order was cancelled because the workmanship wasn’t up to standard and we did get a full refund. So why are the chairs still on the website to buy?

The quality of the chair was awful and the legs just didn't fit, but the customer service was brilliant! Otherwise it would of been 1 star.

This is my second purchase from Capital dining after 2 years. The quality of the button back swivel breakfast stools have been great with a timely service. I must admit this purchase took a little longer with no updates received in respect of the likely delivery date but overall the chair came within 2 weeks. Good reliable supplier and will certainly use again. 👍🏾

Excellent service. Informed all along the way from placement of order to final delivery. Had a problem with a screw placement on one of the chair legs and rather than replace the part the company sent a complete new chair within 48 hours. Excellent!

Excellent customer service from Capital Dining Chairs. Items were despatched immediately. They were delayed by Parcelforce but this was instantly resolved by John from CDC.
Items are just what I wanted and were very well packed.

Chairs were beautiful and arrived with 48 hours. They were much less expensive than where we originally saw them for the exact same thing.
Would definitely use them again.
