Although the process took quite long I was able to find a finance internship. It was very easy communicating my requests and concerns with Capital Placement staff, I am honored to have Yash as my placement consultant who worked very hard to secure a role that suits me.

In response to the refund of $65 I have…
In response to the refund of $65 I have not received the refund until now in my bank and the installment starts today in my bank account. It was transacted 1/22 and I need to wait 10 days for it to reflect. Refund should only take 3-5 days and if you know for a fact that it would take 10 days to get the refund, why did your rep ask me to apply if he thinks I am not eligible? If he thinks there are a lot of people, it does not make sense to ask a person to still apply and pay you know. It is a FALSE HOPE. He even said to me that he can help me and just apply. Plus, I booked a call and you cancelled the call even before the interview which is outright RUDE. You even flagged my comment defamatory but trustpilot retrieved it? Because people deserve to know about how you treat people. Next time, do not mess up with your clients.

We processed your refund of $65 in full on January 22nd, the same day we informed you of our decision.We provided you with a full refund receipt on the same day with a reference number you can track the refund with as well- all of this you are aware of.
Although we process the refund on the same day as our decision, the actual time it takes for the money to arrive in your bank will vary and can take a few business days- this is completely out of our hands and you must be familiar with this if you have had any other refunds processed in the past.
If the money is not back in your account after 10 working days, we recommend checking directly with your bank/ card provider for any updates using the reference number we provided you with in the refund receipt.
We have an industry leading guarantee and we pride ourselves in being fully transparent with our fees and we are one of the very few providers that provide a refund for candidate we decide not to proceed with.
Regarding the application process, our information calls provide general guidance and clarifications about our programs. These calls are not there to asses or evaluate your fit for our programs. We see these calls as an opportunity for candidates to ask us questions and see if we are the right fit for them rather than the other way around. That is why we offer these calls before candidates go on to pay a fee and submit an application with the full details.
Final determinations are made only after a thorough review of a candidate’s resume and application details once a full application is submitted, which is what we did in your case. This ensures fairness and transparency in our evaluations. After reviewing your profile, we found that you are not the right fit for our program and we declined your application.
We understand this is not the result you were looking but we do treat all our customers with respect and we promptly informed you and issued a full refund of your application fee.

A great experience and prospect
Capital Placement is the best decision I made this year and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for internships. Amazing People and Excellent Experience
Finding a good job/internship in my own specific was biggest challenge I faced after coming to UK. I started to built my CV and being very job specific but still no success. After that I got to know about Capital Placement and their services.
