I have been happy in the past but never returned anything. This time wanted a larger bathing suit but had to pay 15.00 shipping but keep first suit. The suit is only 39.00 so almost paying for another suit. Keeping the first and not getting larger size. It is snug but make it work.

The items-Tankinis were much too small. I ordered Large, UK 14/16 and they arrived top 10" smaller than advertised, bottom also 10" smaller. Tried to send them back, offered me $6 as compensation for a $59 purchase. Asked for a return address, said I could keep them and upped the compensation to $20!!! The items are so small I can't get them up one leg, never mind 2. I need a refund or replacement. They are now ignoring my emails! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THE 30 DAY FREE RETURNS IS NON EXISTANT!! AND THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME OUT OF $59 DOLLARS!!!

I was very pleased with three dresses I purchased directly from Capatee. They were nicely made and I liked the flow of the material. I ordered two more dresses in the same size. Unfortunately neither fit. They were too small. When I tried to return them, I was told that I’d have to pay to send them to Dubai or accept $20.00. I said no to both and was then offered $40.00 USD which I accepted. I will never purchase another item from Capatee because its return policy is terrible.

My items arrived in good time and were as advertised. I’m really happy with them

I placed my order 10 days ago and even though they say they will arrange my order within 3 to 5 days I have not heard from them, and no way of tracking.

Really nice quality pieces, delivered on time and as promised.

The order was delivered real fast. The items are great and look like in the pics.
I also wanted to return and received a satisfying answer immediately.

The outfits are well made, however, in fitting the chest, there is no accommodation for women who have a large breast (cup) size. I have adjusted to a medium rather than a small, but it makes no difference. The cup cut is too small.

I love the quality of the fabric and craftsman ship. But the sizing is inconsistent. I would like to return 2 of the items.

Shirt is quality as far fabric and fit but took forever to be delivered so if you need something factor in that it takes a long time 2.5 weeks or more to arrive
