- too many emails regarding one order

- after receiving we have to email back proof of receipt, which means we have to scan it , then attach it to an email ( it would be easier to fax it)
all the above points take up tremendous time and effort, while attending to other clients.

I would like a contact phone number
they are usually good but I would like a contact phone number for quick resolve of any issues. I was contacted at 4pm on friday by the on-duty pharmacist to say they had been rung to say a document was missing from something I ordered by 1pm thursday and was expecting to leave the supplier friday. on my return to work I have now found an email but a phone number can work more quickly
