I left a negative review because Canopey seemed to be selling with no after service, and bad review system - they have honestly published my review, and contacted me about returns- I am willing to believe they were just slow in responding, and have an honest trading and support policy. Too late for a return (gave the socks away) but appreciate the honesty, Canopey.
I like the idea of the impact calculator for everything you buy, so I know how I contribute to the environment. I bought Seriou Tissues on the Canopey website. They are not plastic packages and are very nice quilts. Not only did I buy a good product, but I also made a good impact on the environment! So I highly recommend it if you are seeking an ethical market place to buy good products.
Got several gifts and some things for myself. Really easy to use the website and importantly one checkout with free delivery which meant I didn't have to go to all the different brands' sites! Also love being able to see the impact of my shopping on my account.
