Really beneficial in my experience
I was a bit sceptical on buying the gummies if they would help with my muscular hip pain.
Delivery was very quick, tried them and honestly they have reduced my discomfort and had a relaxing sleep which was well needed.

1st time ordering from this company and it will be the last. Do not buy anything from them. They take your money and don't send you anything. They don't even reply to your emails when you ask where you items are. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Please understand that we love our customers and want to see that things work out well for them. When we get it right we celebrate and if we get it wrong we do everything to make amends, for the genuine people we love.
As regards your order, it shipped as normal, an order that comes in usually ships the same day or next day if it misses a cut off. We have been in contact constantly helping you since it shipped. Please do not make the suggestion we have not been in contact and please do not suggest we did not ship a product or I will take action for slander.
Unfortunately we very, very rarely but sometimes receive inappropriate email, or honestly plain rude emails, We ignore any hurtful comments, we understand people all need to vent sometimes, again we would offer to send the new order out and ask people to confirm the address if it's a delivery address issue.
Please note your order if it's not already received will be cancelled and refunded and please do not come back to Canndid, my staff did an exceptional job assisting and I do not want your business.

In general, A courier when it can't deliver will be looking to contact that person to deliver, requesting that they contact them on 03332410333.
On the second day after a delivery attempt failure, an email explaining the issue, with the tracking information and courier service to help is always sent.
That person may ignore the information, we can't control that or help as a courier will only talk to the person receiving.
As is our policy in any case with delivery issues, we apologise for the courier, offer a reshipment or a refund, during the Royal mail strikes we explained we are using a new courier.
Delayed order turned into a positive customer experience
Initially didn't recieve my delivery as DX decided not to bother attempting and then just hijack the parcel for a week leading me to have to drive for an hour to get it!! That however isn't a reflection on Candid itself, they do have the ability to choose their delivery partner but let's face it they are all a bit hit and miss these days and anyway the product I ordered was great when I got it. David from Candid reached out to me to apologise and kindly offered me items free of charge from the website. It was really nice that somebody bothered to show a personal touch these days and it was very much appreciated at the time.

Hi Kyle, looks like all delivered, they missed the Friday delivery and delivered the Monday, apologies with Royal mail having had so. many issues the other couriers are finding it hard to do next day.

Lovely packaging and I know the person I’m gifting this too is going to love it. Little bit sad the free gummies didn’t arrive as I wanted to try it for myself but will still make a great present!

A godsend for insomniacs or worriers
