Candy box is amazing the staff are so friendly we have had home delivery and gone into the store and always welcoming and helpful and after the suggestion of the mint chocolate nibbles with ice cream OMG Devine and the bundle deals are very good value for money the three Flavour slushes mix are my kids favourite it look magical with the layers of slushy on top of each other

Just Amazing!
Always amazing customer service!
Never had an issue with them but my my recent order was missing an item, I messaged them and they replied very quickly and sent the missing item back out to my within the hour delivery slot.
Very impressed and love this business! I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Hi Lucy, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. Occasionally we are unable to meet our expected delivery times due to traffic or road closures or other issues outside of our control, but we do try our best to meet them. From what I can see on the system from your most recent order you ordered at 6:50pm, the delivery slot was from 7-8pm and the driver was back from the run at quarter past 8 so I do apologise if your delivery was slightly outside of this time. We are working to get the delivery times on the confirmation email in addition to when customers select the time slot at checkout to hopefully avoid disappointments in the future.

Efficient, friendly, polite!
Candy Box gave an excellent service- our delivery driver was unable to contact us on first try and Candy Box arranged a speedy re-delivery on the same date. Very efficient and polite service. The product itself is also good value and we love the simple packaging.
