Happy with my experience with candour beauty.
It was the first time I purchased something through their website. Delivery was very fast and items arrived as described and well packaged. I appreciate the little thank you note that was enclosed in the package. It's nice to know the story of the brand and that I'm supporting new entrepreneurs that are doing a good job.
Will be shopping with them again.

PS: only constructive "criticism" is that it would be nice to add more products/brands to have more options.

Never heard of the company before , Google search led me to it , I was looking for lashes and the American company I first purchased from was to expensive, so I ordered and so pleased I did , my order came within a few days and are exactly the same as the products from the American company but without the expensive price tag , I would and I am using this company again

As Lashify gave Candor beauty the rights to the European marked, it was disastrous for Norwegian customers. Buying from Lashifys own US site, they paid the taxes for me, but from Candor beauty, because they didn’t register in VOEC, I had to pay £50 in addition to the £100… for three lashes and bondage.

As everything you buy from Lashify have to be delivered in a huge black box, even three lashes, the postage is also thereafter. Horrendous. I do not particularly like brands and shops that contribute to creating massive amounts of waste, and both Candor beauty and Lashify are quilty for doing exactly that.

I will not be a returning customer for all these reasons plus the fact that Lashify now have several competitors that deliver the same as them, just 90% cheaper.

I give them three stars as they actually sent the item I ordered. Two stars are deducted for not being friendly to Norwegian customers and for using insane amounts of paper and cardboard to send me vouchers, info, greetings, coupon and the items I ordered. Guys: internet, mail, paper free correspondence, why not use that?

I have started buying lasify from them! I find there on line service wonderful also their personal touch lovely! I find post very slow at moments, when I order though! Thank you

Little slow on getting parcel to me but in fairness it was a black Friday purchase. However lovely handwritten note in parcel.

I’ve ordered from Candour Beauty twice now and I only have good to say about them! I buy the Black Girl Sunscreen for kids from them as they seem to be the only UK retailer who stock the kids version. Orders always arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you for your service and selling the best suncream! :)

Candour Beauty are truly brilliant. Their website is easy to navigate, they have a wide range of excellent products & top brands, multiple shipping options but most of all excellent customer service! I had an order that had a few sticking problems through no fault of theirs but Tiffany at customer service immediately did everything she could to make things right. I received what I wanted promptly in the end and with a handwritten note which is a lovely personal touch. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best customer service and solid ethos I've found in ages. I really love this company and what they stand for. They are not just talking the talk, but walking the talk. And we all know that's not easy to find these days! Abi, the co-founder helped out of a difficult shipping issue and had all the time to help me and not leave me trying to deal with the mail people. They have excellent products and amazing customer service. Seriously, go and shop. You won't regret it and you'll look and feel that much more beautiful for it! Thanks Candour and your lovely site!
