Let me tell you the truth about CDS. My review and writings here are solely on my experience . However I do know a popular singer from the USA that CDS actually worked on the wrong teeth in her mouth. Read my experience and if you have had similar experiences my name is Randall Roy 217-260-2246
Lets start by saying when Irma was there it was a much better place. She retired and left it to Andy her son to run. 2 years after Andy whose only experience is LAB work he tried to talk me into a better permanent denture. FOR 7,000.00 . I told him 2 years earlier you told me that i had the best.. LIe number 1
Not to mention this put the cost at 18,000.00 if i agreed to the new permanent denture. More than the cost in the USA.
NOw let go to a guy ANDY and owner of the Lab.
The owner's . Son. That calls me at 3!30 in the morning and says him and a friend will stop by my Motel and pick me up to install my new dentures . 3:30 in the morning and clearly the 2 of them had been up all night doing god knows what. And not to mention Andy had no degree or licensing to even attempt installing Dentures in a patient.
I no sooner get on the plane for Philadelphia that afternoon and the screws started popping out.
I had to catch a return flight that same day back to Cancun to have a real licensed dentist do the work.
I don't know what he did but because of him I've gone to 4 dentist plus 2 of CDS's dentist and they cannot get my bite right .
2 months later my teeth on Dentures start popping out, Rather than Andy (who is now running CDS because Irma retired) Rather than take them to the lab to be fixed correctly, he just has a dentist at CDS glue them back in while I'm in the chair. 5 months later they started popping out again.. SAME THING. RATHER THAN DO IT CORRECTLY HE HAS DENTIST DO IT IN A CHAIR. CLEARLY JUST MILKING THE WARRANTY TILL IT EXPIRES AND CANCUN DENTIST SPECIALIST CAN MILK ME FOR ANOTHER 10 GRAND
This is YEAR 2 and first year ANDY takes over CDS and he tells me that the Dentures he sold me was the best 2 years earlier he can put in another set for 7000.00.. There is lots more to mention but it will be in part 2 or 3 . If you have a complaint against them lets all get together to let others know

I visited CDS ( Cancun Dental Specialist) from May 2, 2026 to May 9 2026 . The transportation was excellent. As soon as I arrived the Cancun Airport . I saw the dental driver hold my name waiting for me . also the transportation covered all my trip from my Hotel to the clinic plus my return to airport when I finished my treatment . Dr. Brenda install 3 crown bridge on two implants which had already done in Canada . The administration is excellent, the clinic is very clean and they use new technology equipment . The clinic is busy , I hope the clinic should hire more doctors to avoid delay of the appointment . now it passed almost 45 days since my crown bridge installed and have no any problem . of course the cost of the bridge is very low compared with Canadian standers . I saved almost $ 4000 Canadian dollars . definitely I will back again to CDS to complete my dental treatment . Finally I would like to say thank you to Dr. Brenda and the staff of CDS . Adnan

Wrong crowning in feb asked me to come back to Cancun In april to change when i went they refused to change the crown and asked me to pay again. Ended up paying for root canal that they missed but crown is still bad, big and wide and large and painful. Had to come back to US after a week without getting my crown even seen properly they didn’t even give me proper appointment when i was there in Cancun. Now idk what to do!

Great first visit to Cancun Dental SPecialists. They provided transport from my hotel and were super efficient in my initial assessment and deep cleaning. The service was excellent and much cheaper than having it done in the States. Going back in January for veneers!

I cannot say how thrilled I was with this organization. Honest, great quality work, I am a doctor so I know what I am talking about and actually a US oral surgeon recommended them to me. The quality of materials is there. They make sure what you need and do it correctly. They listen to you. They have up front estimates, so after all was completed for me it was a thousand dollars less because they found I did not need some of the anticipated work after thorough examination. The staff are so friendly and kind. I am going to refer other family and friends to them. Contact them directly for appointments so you are talking to the clinic and not some third party organizer. Honest and provide great work…I cannot express how thrilled I am with the outcome!!!

I went to their sister clinic A1 Smile Design in Playa del Carmen and paid for an all on 4. While I was in surgery the surgeon found some great bone and placed an additional one for better stability and didn't even charge me for it. That is how these people work. They are 100% about pleasing their customers and I thank god every day I found them. I am able to smile again for the first time in over 12 years! Best technology and people. Great place.
