We appreciate your feedback and are glad most things worked well. We understand that the generator's noise was an issue, and we will look into ways to improve this for future visits.
Leider keine markisennutzung

Having an RV was a great way to see the Canadian Rockies
Having an RV was a great way to experience the Canadian Rockies. We were able to camp in beautiful locations. The RV was clean and well-maintained. The solar panel/12V power was adequate such that we did not need electricity at campsites. We seldom used the generator (maybe an hour or two total over a week). There was good staff support when we had a question.
The desk person at the Calgary site was awesome at check-in and check-out.

The RV was well prepared for our trip…
The RV was well prepared for our trip and the briefing ahead of time and very friendly. The en route assistance by phone was very professional and helpful as well.
Minor helpful improvement: the cables of coffee machine and toaster were about 3 cm too short to reach the overhead plug

Car was very good conditions and clean
Car was very good conditions and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For me was a bit stress use a add bed - The fold-out section of the vehicle has no limitations. One had to be careful when folding and unfolding it to avoid damaging the decorative trim located inside near the bed.It would be useful to have an additional electric pump included to inflate the tires if necessary. The kit included a spare wheel but no jack; having one would be helpful in the event of a flat tire in an area with no mobile coverage.

Jederzeit gerne wider!

Gaz not working
Hi
The RV was perfect until day 2.
Then the diaphram of the propane gaz broke
No more heating, no more cooking, no more hot water, no shower.
I had to change camp site from Courtenay BC to Banff to have electricity
I had to buy a Small portable Electric oven to cook
I had to drive around 350 km to other camp site and lost a day for travelling to find other camp site.
I called the help Line but no Tech were available until I have the RV back
3 years ago I rented an RV and it was perfect but this year it was a deception

Risposta di CanaDream RV - Calgary
Thank you for sharing your experience, especially as a returning CanaDream guest. We’re glad the RV started out well, but we understand how disruptive the propane issue was when it affected heating, cooking, hot water, and your travel plans. Having to change campsites, purchase additional equipment, and lose time from your trip understandably made this rental very different from your previous experience. Your feedback regarding the vehicle issue and the lack of available technical support has been shared with our team for further review.

something to change
The bed was not comfortable and the window to return are RV was to short. Because of that, we lost one night at our camping and had to reserve a night at the hotel to be able to catch our early flight.
