Tried scamming but I looked at expensive price and saw that the actual one was only 7 CAD. Do NOT use this unless you want to get scammed out of your money as the only 5 star review, surprise surprise is probably theirs.

just been scammed out of £70
reaslied after i made payment that it was a scam site masking as official.

This website looks official but it is not. Thankfully I checked the reviews when I was at the checkout stage as I thought it was expensive.
Go to canada.ca and get the real thing for $7

A shameful scam company. Deliberately misleading website which is obviously designed to look official. Awful, very very slow customer service, despite website promoting 24/7/365 customer support. Avoid

Came out top of Google search for Canadian tourist visa and looked official. Charged £72pp for visa. I applied for 2 at the same time; one came through in a few days, the other still had not come through a week later (and a week before I was due to travel). I contacted the company to find out what the delay was "I don't know, we just submit your application and the delay is by the Canadian immigration, we can do nothing" I then applied directly to the Canadian government site - for CAN$7! - and got my visa through in a day. Eventually got confirmation of the other visa just as I was about to come home from Canada. Total scam!!

A rip off! A scam. Do not use. As others have said they charge 10 times what it should be

They charge ten times the amount to go to the official website and put your details in. The website is designed to look official and trick you in to thinking that you are dealing directly with the government. It is a scam. Go to the official website and save yourself £70. The actual cost is hidden right up until the end, thankfully my bank insisted on checking that this was legitimate otherwise they would have got me too. Avoid at all costs

Oplichtingssite niet gebruiken. Geen idee of je überhaupt een visum krijgt. gelukkig de betaling geannuleerd toen ik het bedrag zag (77 euro ). Dit is bij overheidssite van canada 7 euro. Ik hoop dat er niks met de ingevulde gegevens gebeurd.

Do not use its a scam site. No idea if you will even get a visa. luckily canceled the payment when I saw the amount (77 euros). This is 7 euros on the Canadian government site. I hope nothing happens to the information i entered.

SCAM DO NOT USE!

I echo the few other entries on here about this company. I've never been scammed before and always thought I was quite savvy with these things.

However, I was fooled by their impressive website, which appears kosher and it turned out very near the top when I Googled about a Canada eta.

I had a couple of emails about incomplete information when I started completing the details, prompting me to finish the job off. I should have twigged when I saw a name and address at the bottom of the email which was very Spanish, but hey ho, I didn't.

In conclusion, I do appear to have an eta for admission to Canada, which seems authentic.

But just to be on the safe side, I applied for an eta from the OFFICIAL source (through the UK gov website) and was charged £4.10 and received confirmation very promptly.

Unfortunately, the one from this company cost me a whopping £67, the price of which never appeared on the website or at the conclusion of the transaction - I didn't discover until I looked at my bank app. The eta may well be genuine, but cost me £63 more than it should have, all on the back of them looking like the genuine Canadian government website. I guess it's nothing to what some people lose on scams, so I think myself lucky in many ways. But there is no doubt in my mind that this company are a bunch of scammers.

So, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I applied for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to Canada and did not realise that it was not the government website.
Checked my credit card transaction after payment and it had cost me £58 instead of 7 dollars. Complete shock as this can only been seen after the transaction has been processed.
My bank were unable to stop the payment going through as only the Company can do this so I emailed them immediately. They only replied when they sent the ETA confirmation and informed me that a refund was not possible as the process had been completed.
I just hope that they are legitimate and I actually have a valid ETA to travel to Canada but I am not sure how to check.
I am annoyed with myself for falling in to their expensive trap and absolutely furious with this Company for the way they manage to take advantage.
Their customer service is appalling as my immediate request to cancel the application was completely ignored as they banked their excessive fee.
Please avoid them at all costs.

Bit of a shock. Thought I was on a Canadian government website. Didn't see the charges until after I'd paid. Ridiculously high for the service. I paid £58 when it would have cost of 7 Canadian dollars direct from gov website. I have to live with my error and its my fault but tbh the company should be ashamed of making such a profit from innocent travellers. They should be more transparent.

Watch out - scam! If you want to enter Canada you can do so by paying $7 on the official government website. This page charges €65!!!! And this is not mentioned during the whole booking process, you have to go through the website to find this info. I'm so angry at my self to not have checked this website more. As soon as I saw how much was charged on my creditcard, I wrote an e-mail to cancel the booking due to my legal right to do so (I haven't received any service yet). They refused and tada shortly after trying to cancel my booking was confirmed. I'm not sure yet if the ETA is legit, at the moment the government website doesn't find the number, but this can take 72hours. Don't waste you money on this.
