My betta fish came in great! : ) no issues with the fish heath upon arrival and he arrived safely

I recently ordered a trio of guppies from this company, a male and two females, but instead received three males. I informed the company about the mistake but they called me a liar and said I had ordered three males. There was no waybill in the box but I got an electronic one from Purolator that clearly showed I had ordered one male, as did the request for a review I got from the company. They refused to credit me for the mistake or ship my females. I will never order from these crooks again.

I think I got scammed.
It's been almost a month, and the candy halfmoon plakat betta and the small cleanup crew I ordered on Mother's Day haven't arrived. I've contacted Canada Guppies several times to ask why, and they kept assuring me that my pets would ship immediately. Sadly, they were lying. I'm heartbroken, because I really wanted to support a Canadian betta breeder instead of going to a pet store. I'm sure Canada Guppies breeds quality livestock, but unfortunately they don't have quality service.

The owner is very responsible and care for all you need. I will buy again.

Ordered a specific sex ratio, received only males, when I contacted them to rectify the issue I was only offered a discount on my next purchase. Spent a considerable amount of money for something I didn't ask for. Customers shouldn't have to pay extra for what they purchased originally because of a company's mistake. Unacceptable.

My experience with Canada guppies was excellent. They immediately responded and cleared up my concerns. I’ve now ordered from them twice in the same month and I’m sure I will order again. Very pleased with what I received and I highly recommend.

I ordered 3 snails they arrived yesterday.
Good packaging, all the snails arrived are healthy.

I had a pre-order and there shipment was delayed they were very professional about it giving prompt response even outside business hours on weekends. They throw in a complimentary bag of food for the guppys I ordered. They looked to be healthy with now disease or parasites. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely look to them next time I'm looking for some beautiful fish. Thank you!

The packaging was excellent, the snails were healthy and moving as soon as they went in my aquarium. The only con was how long they took to get here.

It's been pretty bad and I still do not have my order. I've received multiple emails telling me the order would be arriving on various days yet the order still has not and every time I ask why I get a different excuse.

Ordered a mystery box for Black Friday plus some snails. Was supposed to be THREE unique strains of guppies. Got 6 of the same strand and they forgot my snails. When they sent the second delivery to make up for their error, everything arrived dead. Took me reaching out multiple times to get a response. Finally, months later, I received another shipment with no warning. Thankfully I was around. 3/4 of the animals were dead and the rest died before I could even get them in my tank. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They basically told me they can’t afford to give me a refund despite screwing up my order THREE TIMES and killing multiple animals. I finally gave up on trying to get anything (other than a useless store credit - why would I ever shop there again) back from them. So many other great fish shops online, do not waste your time and money here.

They did deliver my snail and quickly too, I think the price was fair however I was a little disappointed by how small the snail was, however they did refund me for the package being a little late. Overall I recommend them :)

Order was delayed a week. Didn't get proper order, about half of the blue rams, a bunch of red rams, and a couple netrites (all snails) that I didn't request

Canada guppies never disappoints. Always on time. Always alive. They put heat packs in the box so all my shrimp were happy. One even had eggs already. I like that I sometimes get random plants to. You guys rock!
