I placed my first ever order back in may... Still nothing, no email responses, and their june "grand reopening"... has came and went obviously. Such a shame

They have always been upfront with me. Personally, I believe that they had to migrate their hosting service due to an event beyond their control. But time will tell, I suppose.

Btw I dont tink they scam any body, I made an order 2-3 days before the shutdown and they made it again.

Edit Disappearing and taking my money is not professional. I can't believe they never respond to emails. Website is up again for a grand reopening. Ridiculous you should address your mistakes zero loyalty very pissed. EDIT I also have reason to believe you worked with Chris Cantec or still do and are creating a new buisness Canadachems.co. is what Mr Cantec has on his site only makes sense you too are cahoots or the same person John, Chris, what next Joe ?

Used to be great. Fast order fills and great research chemicals. Now the site is down and the emails I send don't get delivered. Shame. Not sure what happened but I'm pretty disappointed.

Don't worry. The same person who ran Canada chems will eventually return. New name,new website and very friendly customer service. They will build a base of customers. Then pull the same exit scam. This warning is for me also. I got screwed on my last couple orders. Beware. Update June 6. What do u know. They are coming back. Grand Reopening. Before sending more money just remember. There are many customers still waiting on orders never received.

Waiting and praying something shows up for the order that was processed on the 4th of may...never had a bad experience with John but after a longer wait than usual and no customer support, the reviews on here are confirming my worry. Feels like we all got burned in the end here, I just wanna know what happened..even if its simple as "exit scam, f yall"

Used to be great and reliable. Made payment as usual and know their site is down and no customer support or communication at all. Buyer be warned

Man, used to be the BEST vendor, when I first started ordering, money accepted, order sent out at the fastest available, time and at my door a day later. Couple months later, almost out of stock on so many products, days to accept $, then usually 3-4 days to finish processing the order, lucky if you got your order a week later from placing. Now the site is gone. Not sure if he just took his money made and just said "fuk it" or if something else was going on. Sure hope it comes back and sorts whatever problems out. John always seemed like a good guy with the exchanges I had with him.

Up until recently, this was hands down the best vendor in Canada. Incredibly reliable with trustworthy products. Lately there's been a ton of issues and with the site down, it looks like they may be gone for good. Absolute shame.

I made an small 100$ order on may 4th , it took a few days for them to accept my payment even sent an email since i was worried there was a problem ,but then my order was put on hold and completed on may 12th then shipped and i just received it today on the 19th. I was getting worried and finally got it! Be patient
I made various orders during the last year and their customer service was exceptional; shipping on the same day before 3pm, emails answered promptly!
I think they expanded their business by changing warehouses not long ago and all the new verifications, so Im really hoping its just some unfortunate delays since this is uncustomary from the usual fast shipping and response. 🤞

same as everyone: super slow to process, no communication, website shut down. Avoid ordering there till further notice. I placed my order on may 5th and it took a whole week to accept my payment. Simply got an email saying that my order was "processed" on may 12th. Now we are may 19th and still no shipment. Will update if customer service reached out.

Usually have had excellent experience all the way back before the name change. Lately theyve been quick to accept money and slow to ship....this can be problematic for those whose labs rely on working with diazepine class chems as some equipment may need to run tests everyday to continue to operate properly (along with proper maintenance and cleaning of course) My latest order had my momey taken immediately but my order has been "on hold" for days, and now the site is totally down and i cant access it at all...luckily it was a small order of only about 80$ but i have made much more substantial orders in the past.....Also Ive properly and fully analyzed their etizolam and it came back as pure etizolam. ive had the liquid blotter and powder all test positive as advertised. so when they come through they do come through..

I just wish they would respond to my email......my last order i got 2 weeks ago shipped within 1 day of payment and i had it within 2 days of shipping. so purchased Tuesday received the very same friday.

Again, ive never had any bad experience but after reading things here and the site being down im a tad worried, as the service is typically very good and i was really hoping for it to continue for as long as possible....They also used to be much bigger on free samples....they actually sent me 100 of the 2 mg etizolam blotter units for free in an order. im hoping this is just all due to the recent move of storage/packing warehouses and that it gets sorted out.....a free gift would be great considering all the stress it costs, even if it was just a mere token to show they appreciate our business? I dunno.

Really did not want to have to leave this review, and will update it the second I get some form of update or communication. I'm holding on to the little faith that something is going on his end, and that he might eventually reply.

I placed two orders last month, one was marked as shipped and never came, the other has been still listed as processing for two weeks. I've been trying to email him for the past month, and have received zero communication. This is very disappointing as he's always been very quick to reply, and I've had nothing but positive experiences with him in the past. I'm worried that he has decided to pull an exit scam.

Placed order on may 2nd in good faith for the same thing I order every time (in stock). Money was accepted right away, but still says processing. Will update if and when ships. Sent an email to ask if there will be a delay (so I know what I can expect) but no response. I did put URGENT in title like recommended.
Will update when things get moving along! I hope they get everything sorted as this was my go to vender who I had a lot of trust for.

Edit:1 it’s been a week for domestic order, no updates or return emails, still says processing. They are quick to take your money, but then don’t shop or reply. CC has went downhill and will update if things change. But for now I’d say don’t order, or don’t be me and place larger orders and expect a professional turnaround. Fingers crossed I hear from them or at least get my order shipped...

Still processing even though money was accepted 10 days ago for domestic order. No replies on emails either. Even a ‘it will be a week until we can shop’ or any communication would be nice. Really sad to see my favourite company go down this route. Hoping to give a better update soon.

Update day 11 - they printed a shipping label yesterday. No scans from post office yet. Hope it ships as I had an order where they made a label and didn’t ship in the past. But hopefully it will ship and I can update the review. Still no replies from support, radio silence.

There website is officially down. Such a shame. It says my order is at the post office the same day they took down the website. What is happening to CC?!

My order arrived today, it was sent the day before the site shut down after stuck in processing limbo. A fellow member says the web host took them down and are working on reopening. Considering I got what I paid for (no extra for the long wait yet again). But I got what I wanted.

Canada chems will be reaching out to all verified members shortly. There have been a TON of scammers hosting fake CC websites and emails and Reddit shills so please be very careful!
Canada chems should be back up and running in about two weeks. (June 14th)

I have been waiting a while to make this review, hoping it would have been in the other direction.

My experience goes as follows. Prior to my application process and afterwards, customer service was an absolute delight to work with. Highly professional dialogue and timely responses.

HOWEVER:
After placing a $500 order at the end of March, I had to wait 10 days for the order to be processed. I was then notified after sending a few emails myself about that delay, that my order was sent on April 6th.

After about two weeks of waiting, I started to email customer support to gain insight into the whereabouts of my order. It says that untracked letter mail could take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive, tomorrow being day 30 of their "30-day satisfaction guarantee."

I find it sickening to look at my sent emails to see about 15 messages nearly every other day trying to gain some sort of resolution.. but no one has answered me since April 9th.

I know from reading prior posts that this type of behavior is not typical for the company and might be alluding to a greater problem within the cogs of the organization.

I wanted more than anything to write a good review after the pleasant customer service I had initially experienced. Unfortunately, I will have to wait to update this score once somebody reaches out and sorts this out.

Still have not received nearly $700 worth of research materials dating back to March. Also, have not received an answer to emails as recently as last week. If this situation changes, I'll update all of my negative posts. They haven't even responded on here, which they normally do.

My lab equipment has run countless tests from around the world and we can state the previous with great certainty.

US delivery usually took 2-3 weeks but our latest has been en route for 4–this isn’t the least bit surprising with the well known ongoing postal issues still slowing everyone, even Amazon and the tax man. It was sent next day from confirmed payment, excellent as usual. We have confidence it will arrive, barring some brand new unforeseen import issue. They have been nothing short of outstanding time and time again in the past and it’s frankly shocking to see they don’t have at least 4+ stars if not 5.

Label created, no shipment.

Called number, someone, said Simon would correct it.

Further calls ignored. From vairous other numbers too.

Where is John?

Update: Finally shipped. But come on guys, get your communication together. I would be hesitant to please a large (Over $1k) order in future which wasn't the case before at all.

After reading all the fantastic reviews for this site, I signed up on April 9 and placed an order on April 11. Eight days later, the website still shows my order status as "Processing." I emailed them for an update three times but have not received a reply.

I don't know what's up with this owner, but they seem to have disappeared sometime around April 10th. I'll update this review when/if I hear back from them. Until then, AVOID!

Update April 29th: I received an automated email today that my order status has been updated to "completed." The website has also been updated with a note claiming that all pending and open orders have now been resolved. Still no explanation for the delay and still no response to any communication.
