Misleading product description
I bought a Vango Hampton DLX Chair for 90 pounds. The description included the word “Footrest”, so I was convinced the footrest was included. Only the chair arrived. The same chair is available elsewhere for considerably less, so paying 90 pounds reinforced my impression that I was buying the chair with the footrest. The shop offered only a return. I feel misled and I am very disappointed with how this was handled.

Hello Sebastian - Sorry that you didn't realise that the product was available in a choice of sizes and that the footrest was an option to add from the drop down menu. When you raised your concern with us we explained that the footrest was an extra, that you hadn't added to your order. We offered you the opportunity to return the chair and receive a full refund which you declined and chose to keep the chair. We always try our best to resolve situations when misunderstandings occur and I'm sorry that you felt disappointed. I hope you enjoy your holiday next week. Camper Happy
