We have worked closely with CampaignMaster for many years now, and the team always goes above and beyond to provide the highest levels of customer service and to ensure we always have the very latest tools and platform upgrades at our disposal. CampaignMaster functions like our own in-house email marketing team, which certainly is not always the case, and they are beyond pleasant to deal with and professional at all times. Would highly recommend.

If I could rate their customer service with a 10, I would. Nasheena, our account manager is considered an extension of our team. Our requests and problems are always well considered, with solutions to suit the business being offered and implemented. She has taken the added strain of using a complex comm's system off the table and ensured we always enjoy using it, successfully.
The system is intuitive and simple to use with multiple benefits if you look deeper into it. We value the simple and professional look to our templates, have seen value add with enhancing RSVP capabilities and feel the reporting functions are spot on. We hope Campaign Master continue to evolve it's offering. Thank you!

I have used Campaign Master for over six years now and have found it a very user-friendly tool. The CM support team are always prompt in answering my questions and have always provided great service. The pricing, reporting functionality and loading of data is very good.

Technology is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Support are friendly and very helpful any issues / problems I encountered was dealt with immediately. I’ve used a number of platforms in the past but I found the Campaignmaster system very innovative. I would 100% recommend!

Campaign Master are a first class supplier of email marketing and communication solutions. Compared to some of their suppliers, they are in a league of their own. The system is user friendly, easy to use and looks great.

The company's real strength is in customer service and support services. They are one of the best suppliers I've ever worked with. No question is ever too small or too basic (and believe me, I used to have plenty of basic questions)!

They take the time to understand your business and your needs, and deliver the right solution for you. They never push inappropriate add-ons or additional costs. Plus you always speak to a human being (if you want - there are other options if you prefer!).

I first came across them around 11 years ago when working for a national charity, we weren't ready to move supplier at that time, but they waited patiently until the time was right for us (again no hassling!). They were so great that when I moved on from that organisation, I brought them with me to my new company, and continued to work with them successfully for another 7 years. I've recently changed jobs again, and, if I could, I'd bring them here too!

Love this company for many reasons. The customer service is outstanding and the software is easy to use. Was using Mailchimp for years and wish I'd made the switch sooner.

If you're looking for an email platform please look further than this brand CampaignMaster. The tool is difficult to navigate and their customer service is appalling. A family run business where customer feedback is not taken onboard.
