Pre sale market plan
I’ve been working with James from LJ Hooker at Craigmore as I prepare to bring my property to market, and the experience so far has been excellent. Although the home isn’t listed yet, the marketing plan is already progressing smoothly thanks to his proactive approach and clear communication.

The information level is excellent
The information level is excellent. And the responses from staff have been very helpful. And even though I am computer literate I have been overwhelmed by the information. A brief written guide to ensure that the communications is not coming from a scammer would be helpful. Or a call from the staff member handling the case in the first instance could ensure we are talking to the right person.
