Leather bomber jacket
Prompt delivery well packaged and in a lovely cloth bag which didn’t expect. It looks lovely soft leather and good quality but present for husband’s birthday so not given yet sure he will love just hope it fits ok and I chose the right size. Defo recommend & would purchase from them again.

Great product, poor service!
Great product, horrible customer service! Didn’t get an order confirmation. Took ages to dispatch order, also took ages to respond to messages. I had to try contacting on multiple platforms in order to get any kind of response. I like my leather jacket but I would not order again. They really need to sort this issue out.

Admittedly we did have delays in restocking your size and we do apologise. We're not too sure why you didn't receive confirmation email as these are automatically sent, perhaps they were redirecting to your junk.
With the making of the leather and then crafting the jacket, the key focus is always making sure the jacket is made to the best standard and the result as you can see is great.
We do apologise for the slow communication, during the busy period, we were slower than usual and will be working to improve this.
