Absolutely terrible experience.
Ordered size 14 mens shoes, they sent a size CN46 which is size 11. The quality was also very bad, supposed to be leather but looked more like plastic. They took weeks to arrive, from China.
Asked to return for a refund, they said they were the correct size ordered but clearly 3 sizes too small.
They then spent a week arguing about the return despite their advertised free 30 days return policy.
Every email offered me a partial refund or store credit and to keep the shoes even though they acknowledged they were too small.
Finally got a return addreess, China.
Avoid at all costs, this is a front for a dodgy Chinese set up.

Delivery time over a month Finally arrived after several e mails Wrong colour Quality 1 out of ten. No labels. Incorrect sizing Also bank flagged up if genuine company. I should have listened. Now it seems they don’t have proper return system !! You have to return at own cost to Asia

Nine (9) days since my order and I receive this email:
“Your order #1XXX is almost on its way. We're finalizing the last steps before dispatch."
I ordered 5 days before the event for which I purchased the garments. Useless. Amazon is your competition / standard for delivery and you are a very long way off!

I did not even want to give them ONE star. I am still trying to get a refund from them. I waited over 2 weeks to receive my shoes that look nothing like the picture and were 3-4 sizes too small. They just keep saying that they sent the size that I ordered. They clearly DID NOT. I ordered a UK15 and was sent a EU 47. A UK15 is a EU51.

Avoid them at all costs. I wish that I had checked on here before using the scamming lowlifes.

Update: they offered a pair of correct size shoes . I refused saying that they were being shippeddirectly from China not the Netherlands as implied on their website and on the advice of a previous reviewer I told them that I was Initiating a credit card chargeback. They then offered me an 85% refund and I keep the tiny shoes 🙄. I took the 85% refund and it was deposited within a few days, so my experience is, refuse to send the items back, tell them it's their error or appalling quality and tell them you are initiating a chargeback. For me 85% is better than nothing! Original post:
This is a SCAM. The clothing and shoes are all on sale, when were they full price? I ordered shoes and like other reviewers was sent the wrong size for which they blame me 🙄, despite me having proof via the confirmation email. I suspect this scam company will fold shortly and open up under a new name. Yes, I fell for it, I thought it was British because of the company name. Lesson learned.

If there was zero stars then id have gone for that. Absolutely shocking quality.
You would also think from the name that this was a uk based store... nope china. Returns cost me almost £40!! I'd have sold them on vinted but honestly the quality was not worth losing my 5 star rating and id have only got a quid each! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Just don’t buy anything from them. Worst quality clothing I’ve ever seen, not even remotely like the image. Return is back to china after sending them videos and photos of the item which will likely cost as much as the item. AVOID

Mis-leading website from the name to the product. Chinese rubbish that has to be returned to China for a refund

Quality beyond poor, comes from china and looks nothing like what’s on the website.

Don’t waste your money!

Do not buy from this website. I ordered what was supposed to be a leather jacket and I received a 100% polyester jacket with poor stitching that was two sizes too small. When I complained, they said my concerns about the material were a matter of “personal preference”! Silly me for ordering a leather jacket and then not being happy with a polyester one instead! When I asked for the return details, I was offered 10% of what I paid for it or store credit - or I could return it for full refund but the company is not in London as you are led to believe, but actually in China, so the shipping cost would eat into the refund (which I don’t think I would ever see). Absolute sham.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED A PAIR OF SIZE 11 SHOES FOR A WEDDING. THEY SENT A PAIR OF SIZE 9!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Do not buy from this online retailer. They sent me the wrong item and are refusing to allow a return/refund for their mistake. They are not uk based.

This site use British-sounding names to look like local boutiques, but they actually drop-ship poor-quality items from overseas warehouses. When you request to return, they may try to offer you a small partial refund (like 10% or 20%) to keep the wrong item, or tell you that you must pay £30+ to post it back to a warehouse in China.

DO NOT BUY ! I can relate my experience to throwing money away or being taken advantage of ! Before talking about the really bad quality paper " weight shoes "lets start with the basics , I wear a uk 14 perfectcly and i have bought 2 sizes up which is a uk 15 and my foot wont even get in the shoe, this is not even an issue of tightness ! What a joke !

Do not engage with this company. It is unethical in my view. Cheap material, poor sizing and a headache to get a refund. Four emails and then a return address to China for which I would have to pay. I've donated the product to a charity shop and have put my full loss down to experience.

If only there was an option for zero stars. This company claims to be based in Netherlands but products are shipped from China. I ordered a pair of shoes which took aged to arrive and the packaging was awful.
Inside was not any better. The shoes are of an awful quality and they did not fit well. I asked for a refund and they said that i would need to pay foe return postage. From the UK ut would amount to £28!! I told them this and they offered store credit which I refused.
Finally I was given a refund of only £6.99.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I wish I had read the reviews first.

Avoid this company.
Let's start with the fact they claim to be based in Netherlands, but have a warehouse in Asia with cheap, rushed clothes that look nothing like the pictures. Not even joking when I say you'll find better quality on Shein.
I ordered a blazer that looked well made in the photos. What arrived was appalling! cheap, shiny synthetic material, terrible stitching, and poor finishing. It looks nothing like the product advertised.
There was no fabric composition label, which is illegal in the UK, the fabric could be toxic and we'll never know.
Customer service is honestly terrible and were trying to trap me into paying return costs to China. They completely dismissed my complaint by saying the photos are “for reference only” and there is nothing wrong with their product .
I’ve now raised a bank dispute and I'm going to report them to the trading standards. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding them!

EDIT (ADVICE FOR OTHER BUYERS): If you are trying to get a refund from this company, do not budge. They will try every stall tactic in the book, offering insulting 20% partial refunds, store credit, or blaming "photography lighting" for the fact that they sent completely different, cheap synthetic fabrics. Stand your ground, quote the law, If you are in the UK, dismantle their excuses by explicitly quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Trigger a Chargeback, do not waste time arguing with their customer service once they refuse a free return. Tell them you are initiating a chargeback dispute through your bank or PayPal.
The moment I told them my bank was officially clawing the money back, they panicked and issued a full refund immediately.

After contacting customers services with a written list and photos of defects, damaged stiching, sizing completely wrong, items that look NOTHING like what is being advertised I was offered 15% refund or 75% credit. See below for some of the response sent...

"Please note that the points mentioned fall under minor variations in stitching, finish, and production details, which can occur due to manufacturing processes and do not classify the item as defective under our policy.

As per our return policy, if you would still like to proceed with a return for a full refund, please note that return shipping costs would be the responsibility of the customer."

How can the company's definition of defective differ from that of the dictionary. I'm not sending the item back to China, I purposely don't use websites that ship low quality clothing/items. Camden London is just another one of these sites posing as a higher quality site with prices to reflect that. The website company is based in Holland. Website is purposely deceptive. BE AWARE!!

I wish I had read previous review posted to learn of the experience with this store. Note that whatever is ordered from this store will be arriving no later than 2 weeks from the time your order is placed. The order will be coming from China and so called customer team support will intentionally ignore your emails and efforts to contact the store until the tracking information has been provided from their China warehouse. Worst case is the fact that the quality of the items you will receive are of such cheap quality that it makes matters worse knowing you’ve had to wait up to 2 weeks only to receive items you can’t use. Also note that any efforts to return the items will be an out of pocket cost- with you having to find a courier of your own choice and as it’s to be returned back to this international shipping warehouse, it will not be a reasonable cost. The hassle dealing with this company has been a real lessons learnt and I’m now left with the decision to either count my loss and move on or somehow proceed with the return process of which neither options are of my benefit.
