This is amazing because mine is more of a habit than the nicotine so I get to puff on them before I go to sleep, I get to puff on them after I eat, and I get to puff on them when I am stressed. I especially like the ones with Ashwaganda, they are very calming. Thank you for this product.

I wasn't sure which flavor I would…
I wasn't sure which flavor I would like, so I bought a couple. I didn't particularly like one of them, but that's more a question of taste than product quality. The others were great, but Blue Raspberry became my favorite since it had the perfect amount of sweetness without being overly sugary. Without a doubt, I will place another purchase for that.

It's a great relaxer for me and I enjoy all of the vapes. Only issue I run into is you're supposed to get like 600 puffs or something and they all seem to sputter out much quicker than that. Maybe 100

Realistic Health Goal
My goal wasn't to quit smoking overnight because I know that isn't realistic for everyone. I simply wanted to reduce my nicotine intake gradually by using a nicotine-free alternative when I felt the urge to smoke. So far it's been a helpful addition to that process. It's not something I expect to solve everything instantly, but it's definitely helped me move in the direction I wanted.
