Recording delay needs to be looked at, other then that it's great. After watching video after recorded there is about a 4 to 5 second delay in lining up audio to what was actual said

Very good conference service. I wish it was clearer whose mic was picking up sound so noisy participants could be muted. I also wish that notices of muting and unmuting were less loud and shorter.

So far it's been ok. However, please let ppl know a couple of things:
- that you need more than just 75mbps bandwidth for smooth video conferencing without intermittent stoppage. It's ok if you're conversing with 1-2 ppl on video but once there are more, it gets choppy, faces disappear and screen sharing doesn't work
- highly recommend to use a desktop hardwired to the router via ethernet as opposed to using it over wifi

Although I am relatively happy with choosing CallBridge over another competitor that has had security issues, the overall experience of my church members has been less than we had hoped for. There could be several reasons for this. However, their experience using other video technologies means they do not understand why they have an inferior experience with this product.

There needs to be an advisory email about certain "must do" features, for call hosts: 1) Turning off notifications for those entering calls, 2) Using a host code.

Best audio conferencing I have used. Great customer service (who has that?). I am still testing the screensharing/video conferencing and will update my review with further info.

Callbridge is a tool, I ve been using for the last year allow me to dial in and share my screen with several people from different market at the same time. It's generally working pretty well, but sometimes there is some problem as with similar tool.

A very useful tool for meeting via phone, desktop, tablet or mobile. Video or audio and lots of functionality for productive meetings. Great support.

Most cells have LD Plans but our last provider had Toll Free numbers which allowed all to call the same number from the invite.
your toll free package is too expensive.

Superb Video and Audio quality. I like that it has auto transcribe and Auto Cue features which hashtag your presentation. Great for transcription or quickly reviewing previous presentations!

Purchased the service for the 800 number from Saudi Arabia, but none of the participants were able to use it.
Recording feature did not work which was the other reason i bought it. But tech support was helpful informing me that we started the meeting a bit earlier so it didnt use our settings.
